What works best for you to block estrogen?

Hey eroids, I can look at a vial and my nipples get sore. I have always had a problem with gyno and only thing I've found that had helped me is letro, but dang it's so hard on me and drys me out bad. What works best for you all to block estro?

My favorite AI is LETROZOLE even though most people will say its too strong.
MOST folks do really well on AROMASIN or ARIMIDEX.
MOST folks haven't a clue as to what they are doing when it comes to ai !
What works best for everyone else may not work for you. If letro is to harsh try something else. As said below nolvadex blocks the receptors from accepting the estro so boom! No more tingly nipples. Best not to just rely on feeling though. Get blood work so you know where your level is truly at. Guessing does not work.

Why crash your estrogen when you can simply stop it from acting on your receptors
For that one week a of the month I keep my headphones in as much as possible. That blocks out most of the noise. If I do have to engage in conversation stick to simple answer, yes honey, no honey, etc.. This has worked well at keeping the peace for me.

Have you ever had any bloodwork done to see if you actually have high estrogen or just nipple sensitivity? Need to find the root cause and treat accordingly.
