I have to say right now is the worst it's been. Many many orders over the years but i placed my order and paid 10 days ago, i leave the country in 7 days i needed to send this on myself, no response to emails, no refund nothing. My loyalty is being tested and this is just complete neglect and disrespect for loyal customers. If you can't fufill orders knowing how time dependant these things are from comps to top ups during preps to resellers then you should shut the cart completely until it can have your full focus. 4yrs ordering is a long time, i have let things recently go because of the history but right now I am very annoyed at what is happening.
Discovered payment had bounced back for unknown reason. Bank wasn't clear so not MD fault however more communication needed and really need to see restock in various items now
