I also wanted to share this photos for those who seen the last pics about me joining a competition that I look as I possibly do not have any muscles.
I am not sure why as a more natural relax you cannot tell I have muscles but soon as I flex it pops out.
Any takers why? Just need to grow more?

Nice Lady.
Batmanngeddddddyyyy up keep working hard
wow u look great what a nice bod keep up the good work
Thank you
Hashtag1981Same thing with me ...my arms look scrawny till i flex! Good luck
Easy solution: stay flexed all the time
Hashtag1981lol good idea!
Guys ask why they don't have that inner chest line sometimes until they flex and I think it's the same principle here. You need to build much more muscle than you would think to have that "popping" look before you start to flex. You'll know when you get there because people will start to tell you to stop flexing on them when you aren't even flexing lol. Great work! Bring out some more roundness on the glutes and you've got the full package. +1
Thank you.

Wow!!! Nice to see you active again! Damn beautiful as always
Hot lady!
Excellent shape lady!
Beautiful.
Wow, great, lady! When you'll be lean you'll look excellent +
Honestly you look great, keep it up you're doing awesome!+
I didn't know it was possible to look like this and still be even a little bit insecure about your body. You look incredible
I been lifting for 7 years and not a day goes by I see flaws or room for improvement while working on the masterpiece:)
Hitman187Yep its in our heads. As passionate lifters we are never satisfied and always want more, even when we reach our goals. I guess we all have a bit of a body dismorphia thing going on. Before my surgery i literally got compliments on the way i looked every hour by men and women of all ages. Was constantly asked if i competed and even with all the positive feedback i was constantly getting, i was never satisfied. I knew i was in good shape but always wanted more, back then i dont think i would have ever been fully satisfied with the way i looked.
Now after losing a good amount from being unable to touch weights for 8+ months i have a whole new perspective on things, and i appreciate the way i look more and all the hard work involved.
The point to my long ass ramble is you look beautiful and have already made tremendous progress from your earlier pics, so take the time to appreciate how far you've come. The changes we seek take alot of hardwork and dedication thats why most people arent cut out for this lifestyle. +2 for the progress you made and im sure you'll look even better come comp time.
Thank you.
You know that we all have a sickness when we look in the mirror where never big enough never strong enough never lean enough.
But I definitely agree with your statement i just know this sickness well because I have it.
Never satisfied!
So true
I dated this chick, she was a 12 (out of 10, not age) just perfect and hot as shit, she was also one of the most insecure girls I've ever met. Broke up with her, I couldn't take it any more.
I'm really not insecure. lol Just I wanted to show I do have muscles just that my other photos you realkyvouldnt tell. It seem some just questioned if I could be ready for a competition or not. After 7 years of lifting I believe I'm ready. Nothing insecure about that!
Oh my statement had nothing to do with you at all. It was more directed to the "everyone is a little insecure" statement above.
You're definitely ready!
I agree. Everyone sees room for improvement. In the bodybuilding world I believe we are always looking for that.
Constantly. Agreed.
You just had to forego your dignity and sing to her:
"You're insecure
Don't know what for…
You're turning heads
When you walk
Through the do-oh-or…"
Oh believe I tried, nothing worked
Me too. Even if we don't show it, I think most bodybuilders are extremely insecure. I know I am. The better I get, the more insecure I become. It's an anomaly.
I saw an interview with some ifbb pros and hopefulls, they just went around and asked who thought they looked small and they each mumbled one by one about their delts or their arms or their calves. Not one of them was under 250 lbs or over 9% bf. Incredible. You need that to keep driving though. If they thought they were big enough they'd be finished.
Edit what i said before good work!

Sis, like I said your arms and shoulders look great! I love that Also a big + is your breast, in competition it helps visually a lot Really want to see you in 18 weeks, good luck!
Thank you! I'll keep my progress updated. I really can't wait to see the results with all the work I'll be putting in.
Your arms to shoulders looking great back also looking great keeping it lean also +1
We all need to grow more lol just keep it going and you can take it anywhere.
