+ 17 Simple Bulk sample
Ok guys as promised im back, this time with a simple bulk diet sample. This is just an outline of a basic bulk diet, of course stuff can be added or subtracted at will. If your looking to bulk up this would be a good place to start. I also highly recommend you buy a scale. Most will be very surprised to find out how much they are under eating once a scale is introduced.
Meal 1:
8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein , 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
Lean Ground Beef, 1/4 cup swiss cheese, green veggies
Meal 3:
Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice
Meal 4:
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
Meal 5: PWO
2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose
Meal 6: PPWO
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 1/2 cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)
Meal 7:
Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
Meal 8: Before Bed
3 Scoops of casein protein , 1.5 Tbsp. natty peanut butter

Great post and I agree that the food scale is CRITICAL. As well as under eating large meals it is easy to overeat healthy snacks. A 28 gram serving of almonds is not as big as most would think. Not a huge deal when bulking, but still valuable to know.

UFONice post...but man you dont add butter or anything like that to lets say, cooking the eggs or with rice? Or do you always keep it super clean? Guess Im a bit of a dirty bulker
