Handled it through PM and they sorted it out quickly, there was a mistake on their end on shipping and they actually sent me the free pack (deca) three times! I got in touch to let them know and they just left it at that so thank you OS for your very generous offer. Also they didn't have an item I ordered in stock (AP nolva) so replaced with another pharma nolva and sent me 10% more product for free.
All came in small discreet boxes with bubble wrap inside, well packed and very discreet. Arrived in separate packages over the following two weeks.
OS made a very happy customer out of me, it was a very generous promo and the products were all very good. Special mention to dragon products, which consistently prove to be absolutely top quality stuff and are quickly becoming my go-to lab for all gear.

I had to inquire a few times on the order as there was a mix up and put in a ticket that was answered within hours. The ticket system is model for all others. Plus it's one of the rare times a young strapping lad can be called sir.
T/A was 30 days during a promo, which as said and not point was I worried. The delay wasn't on OS as the tracker showed it hung up in customs for a majority of the time. You can tell they scoped it and still didn't seize. Probably cause it was all orals, but who knows. Packing was right enough to get through.

I got better results than I expected, no water retention, I don't use much AI or blockers unless competing maybe. Seemed very clean, no pip. Oh and I usually site administer when I can.

First time using OS after my old go to source has been pretty lame of late and think I've found my new go to source. Always great promos and prices as well as a good selection of different brands.
My order was for alpha primo and test. First time using alpha and I enjoyed it. Oil is fairly thin and smooth and goes in pip free. Results were great. Managed to recomp nicely and maintain my same body weight of 225lbs yet become way leaner. Arms got bigger, waist got smaller and bf went down about 8% in 12 weeks on 350mg a week of prop and 700mg a week of the primo. Strength also went up a ton. Was also fairly side effect free other than the normal extreme ball shrinkage. Became much Hornier and aggressive with great strength gains and surprisingly for me no gain in acne either. I very recommend OS and alpha and I'm placing another order this week

Because I've got screwed for few times before, so I contact them for quite a few times among my 3 orders.

Well, their T/A is ok, just need to be patient, your orders will come, sooner or later.

-1I have used OS gear in the past and was somewhat impressed with their price anyway. I recently purchased an order and I have to say I am disappointed in their customer service. They did not even give me all my order. This has been a bad experience.
1 x BUY CYTOMEL (T3) 100 TABS X 25 MCG = $45.00
1 x ALTAMOFEN (NOLVADEX) 50 TABS (20MG/TAB) = $44.00
Communication is terrible if you need to actually talk to someone. The customer service reps do not seem to understand English very well. I paid Via western union 2 times.That's right when I sent the money to their payment person the first time, He could not pick it up so I was forced to collect the cash minus the 12 dollar western union fee, and I had to resend the money order to a new payment person. Like I said on top of that they screwed my order up and ripped me on Nolvadex. I have sent emails which continue to get ignored by them.
The box was roughed up, but the 1/2 of my order that I received was packaged well inside of the box.
This is totally messed up OS I thought you guys were better than that.

Besides promo time, Ive purchased thru them and communication wasnt needed everything was auto.
Intl source so avg 12-15 day ratio, besides some dom options which is a week or less. When I receieve my pack its tight and secure and takes a bit to get in.
These dudes have tons of gear and other goodies id suggest coming to them if you have patience to wait a bit then check em out!
