Timing when to run bloods on GHRP and GHRH.
I've been running 100mcgs each of GHRP-2 and cjac 1295 w/o dac twice a day for a month now. Right away I've noticed improvements in sleep and have just started to notice some fat loss without a change in diet or exercise. Just found another source that all around seems like a better choice, and considering how difficult it would be to run a side by side comparison based on effects over the course of several months i'd rather spend the money testing igf levels. Trouble is, how long after I pin to get blood drawn. Considering the fact that peptides are out of the system so quickly I know its a short window. I love the idea of raising gh levels without using actual gh but if I can't find a good way to verify effectiveness i'm stuck wondering if i'm currently using the best stuff out there and paying a slightly higher price for it, or am I spending to much money on underdosed peptides. I know there's a lot of knowledge and experience out there so I would be grateful if y'all wouldn't mine sharing it with me.

Trying to catch the GH spike from MOD GRF and GHRP 2 is tough and many people will say don't bother. There has been legitimate peer-reviewed research done and they were able to catch the spike on blood work, I'm not sure the methods they used though to monitor or evaluate the levels. If you were to try it, in theory, you would want bloods pulled as close to an hour after injection as possible. If you've got the time and money, it would be cool to see what you come up with. If you decided to try it, please post the bloods!
I was thinking along those lines, possibly ordering two test kits an doing one at 45 min and 1hr 15. I may be wasting my time and end up with unreliable data, well i guess i'll have to do some more research. BTW, i will absolutely post bloods, can't find any on here for this type of test. Somebody knows the answer to this i'm afraid though that the answer is a lab setting with bloods drawn every 15min for two hours .
No point in running bloods
