+ 4 8 months off, feedback please

ad

I recently had this bloodwork done. At end of cycle i did a thorough pct with all pharm grade meds, blasting hcg for 4 weeks, and running clomid/ nolva another 6 weeks. Ive been off gear for about 8 months and this is what my numbers look like now. My primary doctor said to give it a full year to see if my test increases, but already being 8 months in im kind of skeptical there will be a significant increase in the next few months.

I made an appointment with an endocrinologist but the earliest appointment isn't until next month. My main goal and priority would be to increase my natural test up more, but if all else fails id be open to trt. I do have several symptoms that could potentially be caused from low test. I have little energy and motivation which is unusal for me. My body composition is changing i seem to be losing lbm and putting on bodyfat without over eating/ poor eating habbits, and i have almost zero interest in sex. I can get an erection but it takes some work and its never a fully stiff erection.

Dealing with this is all new to me so i dont really know what to do or what to expect. I'd be thankful for any feedback on my numbers, suggestions on anything i could do, or anything that you think is helpful.

Dont lose hope, free test is still good which is an indicator that you could still bounce back. Wheres the other numbers? The lsh, fsh, ast, alt, e.t.c?

It is not sounding to good here. After a pharma PCT and 8 months later your levels are still tanked. I really don't see much hope in a recovery. You are young so your endo may want to try some other options first to reboot, which I would ask him about. Tell him you don't want TRT if there may be another way to get things rebooted. It is worth a shot trying but hope for the best and just prepare for the worst.

Damn bro definitely sounds like the low number is certainly impacting your "day to day" life, I would however hold out on doing anything drastic til next month, you've waited this long may as well do it right and wait one more. As 12 stone said maybe he tries something else to reboot the system, but I wouldn't be shocked if he put you on trt, which sucks but I'm sure you'd be happy just feeling "normal" again too

Good luck n keep us posted

Numbers really low all the way around. Might be looking at trt unless he wants to put you on a clomid regimen for a while see if he can bring levels back up. Good friend went through this after years of blast and cruise (he was a competitor) but was never able to get back to decent Natty level. Best of luck man I know how rough it can be when levels are tanked.

I remember seeing a post about that and also remember your self pics, you have a very admirable physique bro. Hopefully the endo will shed some light on the subject. I know it sounds very GNC, but try some natural supps to give you a boost. It can't hurt. D-aspartic acid, ZMA, tribulus and fenugreek are a few that have been shown to increase natty levels. L-ARGANINE at about 5-6G a day will give u good pumps, hardness and also good for cardiovascular health. A natural route is always the best option. Hope you're past the health issues, I'm sure you'll be back on top in no time!
