+ 4 8 months off, feedback please
I recently had this bloodwork done. At end of cycle i did a thorough pct with all pharm grade meds, blasting hcg for 4 weeks, and running clomid/ nolva another 6 weeks. Ive been off gear for about 8 months and this is what my numbers look like now. My primary doctor said to give it a full year to see if my test increases, but already being 8 months in im kind of skeptical there will be a significant increase in the next few months.
I made an appointment with an endocrinologist but the earliest appointment isn't until next month. My main goal and priority would be to increase my natural test up more, but if all else fails id be open to trt. I do have several symptoms that could potentially be caused from low test. I have little energy and motivation which is unusal for me. My body composition is changing i seem to be losing lbm and putting on bodyfat without over eating/ poor eating habbits, and i have almost zero interest in sex. I can get an erection but it takes some work and its never a fully stiff erection.
Dealing with this is all new to me so i dont really know what to do or what to expect. I'd be thankful for any feedback on my numbers, suggestions on anything i could do, or anything that you think is helpful.

Hey man any update yet have your levels rebounded at all? Clomid is an option ive been thinking about myself but I seen were its carcingentic which is kinda scary.
Dont lose hope, free test is still good which is an indicator that you could still bounce back. Wheres the other numbers? The lsh, fsh, ast, alt, e.t.c?
Hitman187Oh i only posted hormones the lh and fsh werent even taken. I got lucky my endocrinologist appointment wasnt for another month, but i was told if i wanted to get in sooner to call daily to see if theres any cancelations and there was an open spot yesterday so i got to go. The doctor wants to put me on test. He said we could try running another course of clomid ( i told him i ran clomid as part of my pct) He said theres several ways to run it but its really hard to get my insurance to approve it. He had me get bloods again so he can see if my problem is comming from the pituitary or testes. He once to see my in a month and said hes most likely going to put me on test.
I got alot to think about from now till then. Maybe ill go see a different doctor for a second opinion, I really wanted to improve my natty test but after talking to him it seems like i dont have a whole lot of options.
It is not sounding to good here. After a pharma PCT and 8 months later your levels are still tanked. I really don't see much hope in a recovery. You are young so your endo may want to try some other options first to reboot, which I would ask him about. Tell him you don't want TRT if there may be another way to get things rebooted. It is worth a shot trying but hope for the best and just prepare for the worst.
Hitman187Yea thats kinda where im at with everything. After so much time off im skeptical there will be any significant improvement so i am preparing myself for the worst, but if theres another option out there that could possibly fix it i definitely want to give it a try first before commiting to trt the rest of my life.
RustyhookerYa...its trt time. You could try the full blast posted on basskiller but generally by 8 months your natty is fully up.
Get that endo and get your baselines done before a cycle
Hitman187Yea i guess its starting to look that way. Just goes to show theres no guarantees in this game that you'll always recover. Im a perfect example. I never got carried away with the stuff doing crazy cycles/doses and took equal amount of time off as cycle. I pretty much did everything by the book to stay safe and always give myself the best chance to recover, but sometimes thats not enough. Risk we all take.
Damn bro definitely sounds like the low number is certainly impacting your "day to day" life, I would however hold out on doing anything drastic til next month, you've waited this long may as well do it right and wait one more. As 12 stone said maybe he tries something else to reboot the system, but I wouldn't be shocked if he put you on trt, which sucks but I'm sure you'd be happy just feeling "normal" again too
Good luck n keep us posted
Hitman187Thanks bro. Yea your right im definitely not going to mess around trying anything to fix it myself, usually when i do that i end up making things worse. My primary said my best bet is to do nothing and let it heal on its own until i see the endo, and thats the plan im running with.
I think i used a poor choice of wording up top. When asking for suggestions on what i could do i wasn't looking for a drug and protocol to try and fix it on my own. This is all new to me and i don't know whats to come, i was just looking for someone with experience dealing with this to shed some light on the process.
Numbers really low all the way around. Might be looking at trt unless he wants to put you on a clomid regimen for a while see if he can bring levels back up. Good friend went through this after years of blast and cruise (he was a competitor) but was never able to get back to decent Natty level. Best of luck man I know how rough it can be when levels are tanked.
Hitman187Thanks bro. For the most part ive always been responsible cycling, always came off and did a thorough pct followed by an equal amount of time off. My last cycle was a bit longer than i should of done, but everything else has been by the book.
I also had a really bad infection after a surgery back in January that sent my body into septic shock. It almost killed me it was so bad. My doctor said the infection could have crashed my numbers and im guessing it atleast played a role in why my test is so low because i didn't really feel this way before the infection happened.
I remember seeing a post about that and also remember your self pics, you have a very admirable physique bro. Hopefully the endo will shed some light on the subject. I know it sounds very GNC, but try some natural supps to give you a boost. It can't hurt. D-aspartic acid, ZMA, tribulus and fenugreek are a few that have been shown to increase natty levels. L-ARGANINE at about 5-6G a day will give u good pumps, hardness and also good for cardiovascular health. A natural route is always the best option. Hope you're past the health issues, I'm sure you'll be back on top in no time!
X2 easily top 5 physiques in here brother, get those numbers up!!+1
Hitman187Wow bro thank you. Theres alot of guys with impressive physiques here, i personally dont think im anywhere near the top 10 but i appreciate the compliment nonetheless. It reafirms im doing something right and all the hard work i put in is paying off.
it all depends I am more a fan of the aesthetic look than the mass monster and you my man were right on point (no homo)so good luck again brother.
Hitman187Thanks bro i appreciate all your positive feedback. This mite sound corny, and i don't care, but it gives my mood an uplifting boost and definitely gives me motivation to keep pushing forward. Right now im up to doing light calisthenics to work out all the kinks, but It gets real depressing when struggling to do 20 push ups when i was used to doing 200 a set before. Naturally frustration kicks in and i get a case of the "fuck its" and think about quiting. But something so small like a compliment means alot and steers me back on the right track. I know no matter what ill be back on top and better than before, i just have a long road ahead of me.
