Hi. Just wondering if "test flu" is actually preventable?
Like dosing the fuck up on vitamins and shit before starting a cycle?
Was keen on starting my first cycle soon but after hearing a few horror stories about people getting tremors and shaking like a dying dog and throwing up has ruled me out.

I've had it a few times in the past, a good multi vitamin will definitely help... Keep in mind you need to always have a good multivitamin to boost up your white blood cells when running test to compensate for the dramatic increase in red blood cells.

It's rare bro. Usually only happens if you get some dirty gear or if you're allergic to the oil. It's never happened to me but I do prefer thin oils over thick. For some reason I feel better
