Honestly I would just do a lot of intense cardio workouts until the fat burns off. Of course i'd talk to a doctor first to ask about health risks (sounds like a commercial).

Overall, being consistent is key and you can do a lot in 6 weeks.

Lose fat...until your about 12 percent body fat. Then bulk and cut back to around that mark and try not to get your Bf to high as your Estrogen raises. (Repeat this process)

You should try do it naturally for a couple of years before you jump on, but if your gonna properly compete your gonna have to jump on unless your a super freak with genes.

So quick run down: Diet is wrong for 30 percent body fat and I guess you dont work out right so go to the gym more and look on youtube for a routine or find someone you like and copy their style.

Man I have a headache from all the researching on dieting so should I be eating carbs fats and protein to shed the weight or low carbs little fats and protein to lose the fat then work on building muscle

Lose fat first.

To lose weight its super simple.... here come close..... a bit closer...... just a bit more..... EAT LESS CALORIES THEN YOUR BODY NEEDS!

Building muscle just eat maybe 1.5 gram of protein for each pound of body weight. Though if your gearing eat as much as you can.

It's easy, just do this 1 thing -- workout 6 hours a day, everyday, for 20 years straight.

When I started getting serious about training, long before Ineven thought about using AAS I started listening to all these guys preaching about your diet. I imagined diet had something to do with it but once I got into it I realized how true it was. How much you can change your body just by putting the right foods into it. Food after all is the most anabolic substance you can consume. Start by making a goal, for example (" i want to get down to 20%bf in a year) figure out your macros to put yourself in a deficit and stick to it. Eat good clean food, continue training, do your cardio. Get enough sleep, cut out any alcohol and just buckle down. Once you get the first hint of positive change it will start a chain reaction, you will want that feeling more and more so you will push yourself more and more. There are a lot of people on this site and others that are very smart and seem to enjoy helping people succeed. Anyway, good luck!

Gonna take you a year plus to drop all that BF and the % is prob higher than you think.
I did something similar once upon a time. I signed up with precision nutritiion at the time, and it was a game changer - Id recommend doing something like that to help with the longer term focus/goals/accountability because it is a long road, usually longer than people think.
In the mean time, learn how to bodybuild in the gym.

You need to drop weight so do some research on that, there is tons of information in the web and Eroids.

About bodybuilding to learn techniques and ways of lifting even start watching videos on YouTube, I found Dorian Yates and Kai Greene to be extremely helpful.

That's at least a start, plenty of information to read on here. Read a lot, and when you get confused or don't understand something ask questions.

I don't know how much help this is to you but it's where I started years ago.
