Weight loss and muscle gain cycle for a female

I'm a 38 yr old female 5'5", 164lbs and I want to use peptides to lose fat and gain lean muscle . What cycle would be best? How long would it take me to achieve my goal weight of 135 with peptides? I will be dieting and exercising as well. I'm mostly wondering what peptides to run and how much faster I can achieve my goals snot running peptides. I've never used them before.

I would agree with the others on here for the most part but I have seen exaggerated fat loss from peps on females.These were cross fit girls that regularly did HIT training.These girls were using cardarine and osterine combo and both had a history with anavar and whinny in low doses.They both said the peps compared to being on anavar.The only thing I would like to point out is that their diets were always on point and workouts always intense.They were not new to the game,and only used the gear to shred.

I'm with Makwa on this one diet and bike sprints to get to the weight you want then readjust your diet and training once your ready to work building muscle, you can't go both directions at the same time. These peptide companies aren't regulated in any way so who knows what's really going n them. Also hgh is not the miracle drug it's made out to be and it's fat loss properties are in my opinion grossly exaggerated and would not recommend that as an alternative.

peps can do alot, esp for females. but i think HGH is better

Stick with the diet and exercise. Peps aren't going to do much.
