So here you go hope this puts the nail on the coffin.Lets go to Part 2 Shall we?
1 The paperwork.Pay close attention to real Humatropes when you open the box the paper is slightly glued together.You would have to apply a bit of pressure to open the instructions.The FAKE BULGARIAN HUMATROPE was thrown in there folded.(SEE PIC FOR REFERENCE)
2 Pay close attention to the paper material the real paper is actually very thin and you can in a way see the writing through it.This one is very THICK paper.
3 Lets get into the fun stuff. If you pay close attention to the 36i.u Humatrope real cartridges have a black box with a stamped white writing.Exactly the same as the top part of the box.I'am sure Lilly does this as a anti counterfit measure.THESE FAKES ARE JUST PRINTED ON LIKE A INK PRINTER.
Look at Moderator SAURON Cartridge you can see there is a Barcode These knockoff don't have one

5 The Cartridge with the bacteriastatic water EXP DATE has to match BOTH the Hormone cartridge along with the box Exp date.on top.Pay attention to my 36i,u Turkish Humatropes and now LOOK AT THESE FAKES.Stupid counterfiters couldn't even get that right.NOT EVEN CLOSE. (See pic for reference)
I have to say to the naked eye this Fake will fool you but if you have a goodeye and pay attention you can see the discrepencies.I didn't open the package because I DON'T want anyone to feel I tampered with it.
If anyone has a kit go ahead and compare all 3 Exp date from the bacteriastatic water cartridge,GH cartridge,and on the box ALL SHOULD MATCH.

god damn. +1. That paper insert would be the first thing that caught my attention if I was used to opening those boxes. Not only is the paper super thick compared to the real one, the layout of the paperwork and font placement/size is a off too.
About the black box expiration date on the vial. I just googled lilly humatrop 72iu and only a couple had a black box. Is it possible that they started/stopped the black box on the cartridge on a certain batch? Companies do update designs/packaging. This is just a question. I've never had huma's and know nothing about them.

I agree that it's probably the whole region. If they just bought a bunch from a reliable pharmacy, there would be no way of knowing they were off without opening one for personal use.
Not sure every Huma I ever owned had the black box printed also mine are newer Batches so maybe a new feature?....... Not sure I still have to call Lilly to talk to them.

A lot of the pictures in google images are also online steroid shop product images, so they could be part of this if it is an issue, you know?

I always get sceptic when a lot sources get suddenly the same pharma grade product. A lot of bayer, galenika, norma, abdi i., uni-pharma and much more products came from bulgaria too. they produce products to very low prices, sometimes u get shit quality and sometimes u have 'luck' and get replicas with full active substance content.
