For what its worth,RS usually doesnt respond over the weekends. I see that he has 4 unread PMs at the moment. Not sure about the tickets you guys may have filed on the site though. I've used RS for around 5 years now and had minor issues like broken vials and delayed shipping which could be due to the shipping company.. I got one package a month late due to customs.. but eventually did get it. Tracking proved this. Hope thats the only issue for you guys as well because from my years here, RS is one of the most stand up guys.Good luck!

RS responded to me the day after I PM him ... and I have used RS 10 times over the years and I have never had any issues other than web site going down...

Funds were picked up the 18th - 10 days ago. Your website did not update status. Ten days later (today) you sent a reply email saying:
"Please excuse us for this delay, this is not normal for us and i assure you such things won't happen anymore. I will do all possible to speed up shipping your order and it will leave ASAP.
I kindly hope on understanding from your side"
I understand things happen but if you're quick to pick up the $ you should be able to reply to messages about status, no? I 'kindly hope you understand' my side as well
bro, i still recommend you to login to your account and check "My Tickets" and you'll see that we replied to all your questions.
First ticket regarding your order you sent on Feb 18, got a reply on Feb 20
then you wrote on Feb 21 and got an answer same day. then you contacted us on Feb 23 and asked about your payment and we replied same day that order was marked as paid.
then on Feb 24 you sent a ticket and we replied on Feb 27 because of weekend...
i understand your, but please give us few days more... order should be already sent, it will be updated when i will get the tracking number

I've received my order. The service is so far very good. I've ordered from France, and it took 2 weeks to arrive. I'll test the Kalpa products (primo, anavar and nandro).
