My transformation in 1 year period, from Jan 16 2016 to Feb 4 2017. So.....my friend told me one day, what we will go to a party to the his old friend, but this shit brought me in the gym and forced me to drag the iron. I thought that I could not do it and that I could not lose my weight. But my friend said me - "You are the man, or you are a piece of shit, everyone is laughing when looking at you, no one believe in you, show them all that you not a snail. You must leave this life behind and try something new." Damn, but I'm so grateful to him for that day.
