10 weeks out from first Physique competition. Coach wants me to hold this weight for a while. Starting clen soon and will run Winny starting 8 weeks out. Goal is first in my division and place high in overall.

Whats your diet advice from your coach at this present time
He sends me a full meal plan every week and adjusts based on what he sees. 6 meals a day plus pre and post shakes

Honestly man I just do what he tells me lol. He wants me 220 on stage. So I think he wants me to hold 228 but as I start shredding off the fat so will the weight. You have a show planned?

Yessir! Mid November show! Sitting at 235lbs and about to give myself a hard push for the next 14 weeks before prep! Goal is 250lbs before starting prep. Little disappointed with the 3rd place finish last show so I want first.
