It's the vials that have 12 ius . The kits are prob 120 ius with 10 vials in each kit. Idk for sure you would have to look in site to see how many ius are in the kit but yea 12 is more then 10. Lol. It also depends on the quality of the hgh. If it's your first time I'd go for pharma so you know what you should get from it. He has some good Chinese pharma hgh and my personal experience he is great to deal with.
Personally I would add 1.2ml to keep it simple. But it really doesn't matter. As long as you can do the basic math and know what you have in your syringe it doesn't matter how much.
