Can be slow when they're running a promotion but generally it's within 24 hours.
Took 4 weeks, a little longer than normal but pretty quick for an international source. Package was solid, no problems there.
Naps and especially their GP brand always have some kind of involvement when running gear, weather its the oil, orals or support. Thanks naps.

+ 1placed order 11/26/16 shipped 12/16/16. so nearly 2 months since i ordered and well over a month since it was shipped and still no package. on the site it says if has exceeded 21 business days to contact them for support so i did so only to be told to now wait 42 business days to even know whether or not the package has been lost or not. a little delay is expected with the holidays but this is ridiculous.

placed an order and paid 12/24/16 it was marked as "shipped" 12/28 3 packages from 3 countries. i received the 2 packages in 7 days but the last package and tracking number still says origin post preparing shipment. customer service won't even talk to you until its been 45 days. i paid extra for ems. what a let down. last package is coming from china.

naps comes on here and says all reviews are fake i take offense to that because i can assure mine is absolutely true. still waiting... sent friend request like he asked and he has not accepted yet.

Ok, new to the forum thing as far as actually signing up and posting a review for a thread. Here it goes, don't hate me if i make a few mistakes. I placed a small order (1 vial) as a test run just to see how legit this place actually is. First time ordering online. A buddy of mine referred me and he's been making orders and receiving them through napsgear for years. I was doing some research as time went by and basically my package seems to be stuck in "origin post is preparing shipment" stage. it was "shipped" december 21, 2016 and its been the same status since december 22. it's now january 21, 2017 so it's been a month now with no changes in status. i've seen a lot of mixed reviews about napsgear, some guys swear they're gtg and some people are like hell no, stay away. either way, one vial isnt going to make or break me, but i still want it to come in on the time frame that they advertise. ive seen a few people on this forum with the same problem, if someone could follow up as far as receiving their packages it would be appreciated. thanks.

support obviously sounds like an automated response that bails out when you have a question that veers off from their programmed set of responses. it's vague, "keep waiting" or "we're deeply sorry for the inconvenience".

Communication has been very good. Still waiting on part of my order that was shipped on December 20. Not sure where it is, but was told to wait 45 days for reship.
Packaging on what I've received was good. NO issues with receiving.
I've never had shipping issues in the past, but am confident Naps will make it right.
Overall from past orders, I have had great experiences with Naps and their products have seemed legit, however recently their shipping has been very sub par.

No need for communication on past orders until now. My order is late and the only response I've received was "wait until the USPS updates."
I ordered on December 16th and the products were shipped December 27th. I received 1 within a week (HGH Blue Tops) and the rest have not arrived or have been updated. This time, with it being the holidays, I paid $60 for the EMS. It has now been 21 business days and still no idea where my items are. I will not be contacting customer service again because it's useless until 45 days. The EMS should either be guaranteed or refunded.
I've spent a lot of money in the past with Naps and shipping has always been slow (SE U.S.). I was very disappointed when the EMS didn't work and my money went down the drain. I will not order again until I receive my items and hear that their shipping model is fixed.
I ordered three items from Naps on Dec 21st, 2016. I received one. It is now Jan 20th, 2017 and when I track the number, the two items read: that they are preparing for shipment. I Paid the EMS charge for speedier delivery and nothing. When I contact their chat line they are not helpful at all, they can not give me an estimate when it will be delivered or at the very least when the items will be shipped. On a side note, Naps owes me $25.00 US from my first order. All they do is write these stupid tickets but they cannot seem to get it together enough to apply it to my order.

Always good, but this is the third and probably last time I'll use then unless they get their act together. This is terrible especially when one has started a cycle.
I'll change my comments if I still get my products in a reasonable time but if my cycle is messed up I'll never buy from Naps. I'll do everything in my power to get my money back.
Very far from the norm from my past experiences with NAPS. I placed my Kill it 3 promo on 10/25/16. I did not receive the promo credit towards my order until 11/30/16. On 12/23/16 I received my single HcG, which was supposed to be a vial yet came as an ampule. The point was to reconstitute 10,000mg to 500mg/.5 cc. Anyways not as big of a deal as the fact that it is now 1/20/17 and I still have yet to receive the bulk of my order which includes: 2 GP Sustanon, 1 GP test prop, 1 GP Armidex, 1 CP Clomid, 1 GP Tren 100. It has been stuck in the country of origin since 12/20/15. I have never had this experience with NAPS before and am confident they will get the order out to me ASAP.

Communication on Eroids has been very slow, especially during promo, but the Help portal/live support were very responsive. However, there answer was I needed to wait until 45 days before submitting a ticket for my order not being received.
HcG came very discrete, but did not like how it was labeled on the outside "Personal Medicine". Usually not like that.
Though I am a first time naps customer I have used a couple of top ranked sources on eroids with only minimal issues over a ten year period. I chose to try out naps as a few concerning issues with other sources I have experience with has prompted me to look elsewhere (most might be aware of what I'm talking about but I won't use names). So I placed the order with eroids number two, sent funds per their instructions and then submitted payment info only to receive an email a few days later saying my order was cancelled. So I used there ticket system to create one and I got a reply the next day explaining there was an issue with the pick up and that the cash was refunded and please resend to a new "manager" they call it and then resubmit the WU info. So I ask how I can do it if there no longer is an order attached to all this and don't hear back. I go in to a WU to get my money back only to hear the money was picked up three days after I sent it. And I'm he strange part is it supposedly got picked up in Colorado! I could be misinformed but if I didn't send money to or from Colorado why would that be the case rather than the country I sent to.. anyways no order.. no money and no response from naps..

Normally I just read other peoples reviews on here but I thought I'd make a profile and start joining in. Ive ordered 5 times from naps in the last 4 months. I know people who've used them successfully so I used them in faith, ordering a second and third time before my first order arrived (my fault I know). Only 3 of my orders showed up. 2 of them had to be reshipped after I waited for a month and they didn't show. Only one order came quickly without hiccups. Another order they gave me store credit on and it never showed up. When I told them I was not going to use them again unless they got their shit together the customer service guy started calling me names and saying they weren't gonna reship because some how it was my fault and not theirs. The fuck boys got me for a little bit of money but not much. Terrible service. Go anywhere else but napsgear.

-1I ordered back in late November. GH and Proviron showed up on schedule -both within 4-weeks-then that's when everything went south. A few weeks later a 2nd (duplicate NOT original order) package of Proviron shows up with a completely different tracking #.
That's when I started to open tickets, they said, "due to holidays orders are running late..." no one could explain the duplicate order, or the discrepancy in tracking #s. I paid for extra shipping/handling.
I waited till New Year, still NO test, still NO HCG, still NO Zithro. They repeated holiday slowness in delivery. However I started to notice discrepancies in their feedback in the tickets. No one would explain why I got a double order, why the tracking # on one order didn't match what was delivered.
First and LAST time I use Naps.
Again I paid the extra for the shipping, and 1-packaged shows "undelivered" the other shows "pick up" in completely different parts of the country. The tracking site says "no one available for authorized delivery" - what the heck does that mean? I have never had to sign for any of this, just leave it with rest of mail. The whole shipping/delivery aspect was AWFUL.
Out a lot of money, and wasted a LOT of time on this.
Wasted a lot of money. Starting to think a lot of these super high detailed, well written reviews are bogus.

I as well have nothing to say but positive things about napsgear.org and my experiences with them. I was using another solid trusted source in the past until a couple years ago when a good friend from my gym/home town suggested I give Naps a try for my online purchasing needs. So I was lucky enough to find napsgear.ord through eroids reviews and decided to give them a chance and I'm glad I did. They've got a great selection and basically a one stop shop for an entire cycle. I ordered Test Cyp 250 from Biomex labs ( which by the way is my new favorite lab, across the board their lab test results are always on point and I get that warm and fuzzy I'm actually getting what they're claiming is in the product) I also got their injectable winstrol by Biomex. Again, great product and has leaned me out and given great pumps and strength gains. I also ordered injectable dianobol from Geneza. Another great product, solid gains at the start of my cycle, put on 6 lbs over 4 weeks. Def is doing what it's supposed to. The test cyp has been a great base for the rest of my cycle, it's a verified product from Biomex which I was able to check online through their website.
Ordering was easy, and I received my package without any customs issues in about two weeks after they processed and shipped my order, so I have no complaints about that. Great products, great experience buying and will def be a return customer
