bm pharmaceutical has iso certification and a gmp license... however anything not approved by the fda is considered a ugl thats just how it works. they can have all the licensing the want in india it means nothing here. if that answers your question i hope.
What's funny is that a lot of our US medications are made in the exact same factories in India and are not considered UGL at all. The Sun Pharma vials that I pick up from Walgreens locally are all made in India as well, but because somebody at the FDA got some sexual favors by Sun Pharma's parent company their gear is considered pharma-grade in the US even though it's most likely made in the same conditions or even factory lines as this stuff.
