so ive been reading a lot in the recent few months did my research and i feel like im ready to dive in. i might be wrong but this is why i write this to see if i have evreything in line or i got some more info i need to know and learn
ive been working out about 5 years now
done 2 cyceles prior to this
first cycle was test e 500 week for 12 weeks
second cycle was test prop 50 ed for 12 weeks thats where i fell in love with pinning haha
i was more into a physique type of look i liked to stay shredded year round as much as possible was not trying to get too big up until now :))) i really want to add big size in the back and shoulders chest mostly to get a good shoulder to waist ratio so ill hit shoulder and back twice a week
im expecting (wish) to gain 15-20 pound of lean solid muscle
my goal is to stay hard and lean and eat clean as possible during cycle as well
i got my diet planed out and it will be mainly chicken beef and fish . rice and sweet potato avocado and almonds and probably some cheats here and there to bump the calories up as much as possible while not getting to fat
usually my diet is around 3000 cal per day and im gonna up the calories up to 4000 cal and up if i can and it'll be high in protein and carbs and about fat 15%
low sodium to prevent water retention and bloating

Richard.SimmonsNever use a 19-nor as a stand alone cycle. This will destroy your endocrine system don't use nolvedex as choice or anti-estrogen.Use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during cycle due to the high natural test suppresion. Don't use a higher 19-nor dosage than your test, always stack with a test base,end the 19-nor a few weeks before ending your test.
Npp is a great compound man. 8-10 weeks is plenty of time to make some good gains. Make sure u eat enough calories to grow. But, your dosage is way off. A good starting point would b 500mgs of test prop a week w 250mgs of npp a week. That is plenty enough to gain some good size w a surplus of calories. Like I said, 8-10 weeks would b perfect.
3rd cycle, I would steer clear of any 19-nors.
I'm curious to see the feedback on this from the experienced members. I'm thinking of running NPP/Prop my next time around. Seems like you're pretty close to how I was thinking about doing it, I'd like to see the advise you get myself.
