Hello My Friends. Could you lend some advice on cycle?

I'm just reaching out for advice, Please,

I am 32y.o. 6'5" and 235 lbs. getting ready to embark on my 6th cycle in about 5 years. I like to use Test. Cyp. as a weekly base at 750mg/week. In the past, I have stacked Tren/50mg/week. I was hoping to improve on this cycle, because I'm not 100% pleased with past results. I lift heavy , about 10-12 reps and 3 sets on each muscle group twice/week. and wish a little advice please.

I have available some Equipoise , some Tren and some Sustanol I could stack. Should I stack just one? What dose? I am just trying to add size and strength.. as much as I can from this 12 week cycle. I also take anastrozole 1mg/daily seems to work. I have some Letrozole I would like to use up as well. I understand that it is more powerful and need suggestions on using the 30 X 2.5mg tablets I have.

Any and all advise is much appreciated.

Thank you so much for your suggestions. I have been increasing sets since my muscles haven't been as sore.
I have been using less Anastrozole.. Will see how the acne/ nipple soreness goes..

This reads as if you do 2 full body workouts a week. learn how to express yourself in written form please. Don't get cocky when I'm asking you a question to fully understand the situation when you're the one that asked for help.

Side note 1: 10-12 reps isn't lifting heavy. Whatever weight you're using may be heavy for others but it's not heavy for you if u can get 10-12

Side note 2: if you can't gain on 750/week test plus tren, you need to look at your diet and training harder, not throw in more gear... if your diet/training/rest aren't in check you might as well be flushing that oil down the drain.

Reading you're question, I like the fact that you are asking for advise before using. I do not like the fact that you don't seem to be familiar with what each steroid does. I would read some about the ones you have and see which fit your goals. Then you can ask with a better educated understanding of the recommendations.

Like I typed.. I did research what the compounds do. I have just never used a few of them and was just asking if anyone had experience with those particular ones.

I should know better than to even ask in here. People (not saying you) are full of criticism rather than just simply answering the question. People have the attitude like "I'm the steroid God.. how dare you ask stuff"?

No body is claiming to be the steroid god, they're criticizing to help. And I don't even see any bad criticism here. no ones gonna co-sign a bad idea. They'll try to talk you out of it because believe it or not they actually give a fuck about your health.

If you are just looking for someone to say "yea, ad this this and that at these doses" instead of trying to find the route of the problem, you're probably right. You shouldn't have asked. Other boards are much better for that.

Or you can give feedback to the people trying to help, and find out how to solve your issue without spending another couple hundred bucks on gear.

Unless I'm reading it wrong? 3 sets per group? Larger muscles should be around 16 sets, smaller 12 with different exercises. That works for me. How is the diet? Diet is 80% of it. Without a great workout routine and diet, you can put a harpoon in your ass full of AAS and still be disappointed with the results.

Adex regimen is crazy, which if administered according to your dosing and frequency, would crash anyone's estrogen.

If you're having a problem with cycles and hoping to improve, then adding more compounds isn't the solution. You need calories and an adjusted macros to meet your goals.

What do your foods consist of?

I have used less Adex in the past, and seems to have sore nipples and acne. played around with it, until I started the 1mg/day. Maybe I should try to cut back again?

I posted foods, since your post. I think I'm doing well there. Maybe Not?

Yes.. A little lighter now. I am doing more cardio (4 or 5 X week for 30 mins.), and my BF is lower.
In terms of knowing what to do with the new compounds, I HAVE read a fair amount on each. Just wanted to draw from others experience, and if they have stacked any of those.

My workouts are normally 6 days/week. Day 1 is arms and chest. Biceps ,forearms, traps, triceps, shoulders and chest. Day 2 is legs( squats. presses and curls, toe raises, lunges. Day 3 is core.. back. abs, lats Day four is off, then repeat. I do about 12 reps. per muscle group X 3-5 sets depending how the muscle is feeling.

I am a little confused on your actual workouts here. Doesn't really sound like you are getting in much volume here. Would like to see what one of your workouts actually consists of.

+2....if OP isn't ripping and tearing the muscle, then there is no muscle fiber overlay to promote growth. I believe once OP gets his diet and lifting PLANS sorted and organized, he may be able to retain some weight and meet his goals. Smile

What is your cycle history, compounds and layout? what was your diet like on cycle and off cycle? why were you unhappy with you results? what were they?

as far as your questions and approach its a little concerning. You say you have run 6 cycles yet you're coming here to ask what you should run and doses. Most people with an adequate knowledge base should be able to answer these questions for themselves and if they were uncertain of dose you should know where to exactly locate that info quickly.

My first two cycles were test. prop. only. 750mg/week X 12 weeks. The third and fourth was Test cyp. at 750mg/week, plus about 200mg of test/week total. The fifth was the same as 4th except also stacked 25mg Tren 3Xweek

My results were about 10% strength again and ten lbs. weight gain. My measurements were only slightly larger. but decrease in BF from 16% to about 13-14%

My diet is focused on protein (chicken, fish, legumes, fruit , veg., a whey protein drink, eggs) for a total of 3600-4000 cal/day.

for a guy your height and weight, for a bulk you need be eating around 5000 calories a day. not making substantial gains with that high of a dose and the fact that your body fat decreased significantly is a sign you're consuming a diet that's intended for cutting.

I suggest you iron out your diet and consume at least 5000 calories a day for 6 months before you even consider running another cycle.

if you run anabolics and keep this same diet you're going to have the same outcome as previous cycles. once you get your diet in line I bet you'll see some of the results you're looking for without any drugs. also if you don't habituate a proper diet, even if you make gains on Cycle they will just be lost due to inadequate calorie consumption
