Heard these were effective at a more normal 30mg dose so took the plunge and bought 3 tubs. Will run at either 20 or 30mg a day. Came with pull out instructions and tabs clear white, not marked or scored in any way, no tabs crushed or damaged in transit as seem pressed well- looking mainly for slow strength gains following tendon injury some time ago.

Yes if it's well dosed @20 mg i feel the compound very well (vascularity, pump, strenght)

They're discounted at the mo- I've got a fair bit of experience running Var- running at 30mg but will drop to 20mg if too much which I've had before with arms too pumped to do anything!

Will do! I'm going to run it as normal Var doses, not the crazy ones I see with 80-100mg quoted- when I see that I just think it's either underdosed or bunk! 30mg is high for real Var but that's what Ash48 is running and getting results!

Anything around the 40/50mg mark with real var will leave you unable to complete a full workout.the pump is just to painfull
For me it lasts ages- can't use my phone or type- great excuse to sit back and watch tv!

It's early days but feel like I'm getting a lot less tired in and out the gym! Acid reflux at night a bit annoying but not the end of the world- been running 30mg less than a week and feel pumped- tighter like I've just trained. Probably placebo but I'll take that lol weighed myself as for some reason I've been eating like a champ this week as well and I'm back up to 17 stone. I would raise to 50mg but I honestly don't think real Var needs to be that high and I've got a feeling this is real Var. Most orals make me feel lethargic, this doesn't and never had that issue when I bought Var 12-13 odd years ago either. Maybe it's something to do with stress on the liver when using more toxic compounds? I dunno. Will keep you updated though!
