+ 1 Meal delivery services
Has anyone tried Meal Delivery services? I am looking to try some different ones after having some success with the first one i have tried. I own restaurants and am cooking all day, but when i get off work i don't want to cook for myself and I'm not really into choking down a bunch of chicken i baked for the week with some crap brown rice every night.
Most of the meals they send are about a 30% split on all macros, but the food has been all natural, free range meats and can be sent paleo and the fats are either from yogurt, free range meats, olive oil or ghee. All the carbs are from veggies and whole grains.
It tastes pretty good and if i eat it, it has been cheaper per week to do 2 meals a day than the grocery store has been the last few years. If I eat one in the morning and one at night, take protein shakes and eat a clean lunch i generally end up eating 200g protein and my fat and carbs split the rest of my calories at about 2100 cal a day total.
I have been using one for 4 weeks, i can give you the name of it if you PM me or a few people ask, but I'm not here to plug it as I have had some small issues with them.
Anyway, does anyone else have a good recommendation along these lines?

GnarkillOk we've had many wierd posts this week is this serious
Yeah, I'm not really sure why this post is weird to you. Do you eat out? Do you cook your own foods? Is this section about diet, nutrition and weight loss?
Yesterday i ate 2 delivered meals; one was a tostada bake with jicama and one was a buffalo chicken casserole with broccoli, that combined with three protein drinks and some hard boiled eggs my macros were 210 g protein, 80 g fat and 92 g carbs, the fat was from ghee, egg yolk and the lean beef in one of the meals. I get 12 meals shipped to my house a week from one company for $130...
Is there anyone else using a home meal delivery service that has good, clean food? Seems like a fairly straight forward question to me.
GnarkillI make my own food it's just weird to me the food delivery thing when I was a kid I'd walk out to the chicken coup every morning to get eggs and ate my parents friends cows/chicken grass fed meat paying someone to bring me food other then pizza during a game just blows my mind
I'm 40, work 80 hours a week and make people food for a career... I don't mind kicking back and having food delivered, especially if all the macros are on point. Last night I ate grass fed ragout on spaghetti squash, delivered. I'm just surprised there's not more options, I mean read the diet board questions; for a lot of the people that really don't know anything about nutrition it would solve a lot of the confusion...
I looked into at one time.....if you can find a company locally I think it works out better
Here is Rich's meal plans:

Seems ok
My day to day can be hectic time wise.....but....I just hit the grocery store couple times a week. Try to keep my proteins fresh.....I will hit up the frozen tilapia though
I think local "Food Truck Companies" might provide healthy meals for BBing prep also
Oh hell yeah. That's what I was looking for!
Look at these macros, seems pretty good. And the price is $170 for 21 meals with shipping? I honestly don't think you can make that at home for less and have the same variety... I am using Factor 75 and it is $130 for 12 meals and they have 1/2 the protein of some of these Pana meals, so this is far superior. I don't know why this isn't more popular, seems a lot easier to me. I mean I create food for a living, and eating to lift and look good is more of a punishment for me, making healthy food isnt exactly what I do. LoL.
Yeah I'm just tilapia' out man, tilapia and sweet potato is basically what's encrusting the entire bottom of my oven.
