my off season is over, it's time to cut some fat, 13 weeks out from my second show of my life (junior class), i am very motivated and i can't wait to see my final result, i will give my best as I always do because I love this lifestyle

*sorry guys i haven't recent pics of my legs, i added a new photo from my first show (but i wasn't in good shape like now) and another picture (about 2 weeks ago) of me when I was in the beach where you can see my legs (they don't see perfectly, but better than nothing)

UPDATE*: Hey guys i added new pics of my legs, unfortunately the camera of my smartphone is not very good but I hope that they are visible, thank you to everyone for your positive comments

Yes shoulder pic was my progress between mid June and mid July ( exactly 1 month later), my current condition is that you can see from these pictures that I have shared, in the shoulder pic my body weight was about 88-90kg, now I'm working on a body weight of 102 kg, I hope I have answered your question clearly.

Thanks bro, my deltoids in the past were my weak point, I worked very hard to make them grow, training hard, clean diet and good sleep are the key to muscle growth Smile
