I love 24hr, most of the time, but this is getting a bit annoying so I feel others should know. Still terrible with the shipping time, and now they are just bullshitting people on the ship times to get you to order. I asked about my specific product being currently in stock so that they could ship right away, considering my last order took about 8 weeks to get it all.
Well they assured me it was all in stock and a max ship time of 1-3 days. Well 9 days later and no update, their song and dance has now become oh so sorry we are on new process and system will ship soon, but read our TA conditions and terms it says 5-25 days.
Dont think im getting shammed because I ever have, but the BSing to get orders is unnecessary and shitty especially when I ask to better plan/extend a cycle which will now be all fucked.
Get your shit together 24hr and just be honest, it goes a long way.

You guys are totally missing the point.
Yes you are honest and do take care of issues, which is why I have continued to send you my business.
But my issue here is not the shipping method I chose. It is the fact that I spoke with you guys before placing an order to verify the items I needed were in stock because my last order was super slow.
You guys replied saying yes they were in stock and they would SHIP FROM YOUR LOCATION IN 1-3 days of donation being received.
It is now 12 DAYS since donation was picked up and you guys still have not even shipped it out. So in addition to waiting weeks just for your company to get the items out, I also have to wait for the actual shipping & customs time.....

Still you must understand that we relate to the ETA on our site and if you want a
faster delivery than Airmail then EMS or courier is the way to go.
ETA clearly stated as 5-25 working days for airmail - If you paid 10 days ago
and chose airmail that can take 25 working days to arrive then "we" still
have at least another 15 days before "we" have passed the ETA.
Yes we always strive to ship out as fast as possible the norm is 1-3 days
some times issues can occur along the way so we will always relate to the ETA on the site
and this is the reason why we wrote it in the first place.

Well, after 6 days of absolutely no response from 24 following my order, I can confirm I'll be doing business elsewhere. Not even got to the point of being advised how to make the payment. I honestly thought I could handle the long process with 24, but as I say, to be held up for long periods every step of the way and to experience the total lack of communication first hand, it's tough
