+ 9 Former bulk addict.
As some of you know. The first photo was during my last bulk cycle. The photo was taken around may. I fluctuated around but I was in the 220s in the first photo.
A few senior members told me I was a fat lard good for nothing waste of gear. At least that's how I perceived it and I needed to hear it. The second two photos are far from impressive IMO but it is forward in a better direction the second and third photos we're taken today sitting at 208lbs. I had far more bf than I realized. I'm going to continue trying to lose fat before I even plan on using AAS again.
I want to thank those of you who have spent your time giving me advice but more is always welcome. My diet is very basic. Whey protein shakes. Chicken breast. Lean beef. Rice. Egg whites. Recently cut chicken nuggets from the diet to cut back on fats. But Damon they made me happy. Now I get in near fights everyday.
I am on no gear. And all I can say is I have much more respect for u body builders because This cutting crap is hard AF.

BendTheBarbellThanks for the motivation brothers. Pics are going down. I'll be sure to post updates in a month or so
awesome job brother. keep at it. i had the same problem as you when i dieted for my first show years ago. i thought i was like 220lbs like 15% bodyfat, once i started dieting i realized i was WAY higher BF than that.
keep at it. once you finish the diet youll have an awesome window to grow with a nice little rebound.
TronBend, my biggest was 232..about 19% bodyfat..I looked like a beast..people asked if I played football and shit all the time..dudes gave me the respect nod all the time....when I dropped all the way down to 195 at one point just from switching from an office job to 12 hours manual labor a day..plus weights at night...I got more compliments on my size than at 232..Arnold said once "bodybuilding is the art of illusion"...he's right...when you're cut as fuck it makes you look bigger and better..especially in a tight shirt, tank, or no shirt (no homo) ..+2 for your hard work man..it's really starting to show.
lol when i first started lifting people would ask me if i played football, i hated it!
BendTheBarbellThanks for sharing that tron. I'll keep u guys posted. I'll post something else in another month or so for you guys to tell me if I'm still making progress or stalling out and get more advice from there.
johnny1024Getting leaner will do you great justice! Its funny because when I've been at my leanest and weigh the least is when people swear I've gained! You have some solid muscle and when you reveal it you will be amazed. And gearcworks way better when you are lean.
Much respect. That is what this board is all about, you took some good advice and didn't get all pissy and mad. Plus two for you and keep moving foward brother.
What happen to the good ole days when the only time you looked down on someone was to help them up. These times where living in is just awful and words can describe it.
BendTheBarbellI hope I can post better results in the next 4-6 weeks. But your right I get confused when people don't take advice. In turn you become your own worst enemy.
Either way thanks zeb. I sincerely agree with your statement. I humble myself to vets. I would probably be like most of the other "millinials" if it wasn't for the ideals I attained from the corps.
No, you will post better results. Good work. And don't stop now. +
Corps might have helped bro, but somethings people are born with and can't be taught or be learnt.
KEEP KILLING THAT SHIT
Its easy to say stay strong in tha mind. I know first hand. especially when you are doing so well then a commercial comes showing the best cake u ever seen in your life. lol at least that's what my mind is telling me but I know its wrong all those cardio session will be wasted dammit. I'm like forget TV watch movie no commercials, call wifey talk to her on lunch break if she home take her down be so tired u won't even think about carbs haha. Point is everyone is different to stay motivated and on point anyway u can, so u can reach that goal within guidelines of the law of coarse lol keep pushing:)
BendTheBarbellThanks a lot bro. Yea at work the other day I share an office with my supervisor and as a sick joke he brought all his leftover 4th of July food....needless to say the leftovers wasn't btw chicken. It was cake and cookies and crap...I was pretty mad but I had to laugh about it unless I wanted to get fired. But I wanted to mush the cake in his face
Pretty messed up air bag chair him he will learn don't mess wit a mans mind like that lol jkn then u would get fired:)
BendTheBarbellCorrection. The third photo was taken yesterday. I had a tricep pump from chest. The pic with green shorts was before today's workout. I took a similar photo today but picked the wrong one. Either way the second and third photo are most recent
Nice brother! Keep hitting it man. I understand being drained. Keep pushing, mind over body bro. You got this! I use ephedrine on the days I am lagging. +1 brother
BendTheBarbellThanks man. I appreciate the motivation. I'm beginning the think I literally had an addiction to carbs. Cause my last cheat day I wanted to cry and felt so good I wrecked my gf like I was on cycle
There is some quality muscle under there Bend. Just gotta keep chipping away day by day. Will power brother! +2
BendTheBarbellThanks man . I needed to post this cause I'll take whatever advice and coaching I can get. I have been getting very aggravated and on days I do cardio I'm DRAINED. On the plus side considering I started cutting after my pct was over I feel I've kept most of my tissue and strength is down about 10-15% in most lifts. I hope I get it all back when I'm eating more carbs again. My goal is to get down to 190 before I touch any gear again. Maybe even 185 if that's possible
I applaud that you are doing it correctly. When the bf is stripped to a reasonable level then when you hop on you'll see dramatic changes all while doing it in a more safe and healthy fashion.
Good job bro , making improvements . +1
