start low carbs, start depleted, going dry ,just MY lower back suck for injury mever work it, bit lets go see what happend next 2 weeks, thank to eroids help me find good sources here

Are u still training legs and doing cardio ?
As the legs are holding quite a bit for 2 weeks out..
If still training legs then it might be a time to stop training them or just do light movements like leg curls and light hamstrings
What are doing for drying out?
Go careful with carb depleting for your first show as I'm sure if your carb depleting then you will be carb loading ?
To many carbs while loading will give you an overspill and your end up looking smooth which you won't be able to come back from before your show
If your to carb load then make sure you've depleted correctly and I mean be in a state of zero energy and with the glycogen stores at there lowest ...high rep circuit training can make this happen while your carb depleting as there is no point carb loading if you haven't depleted enough
When I carb load this done along side water loading and drinking 16 oz of water just before each carb meal as this will help shuttle the carbs and fill the muscles with glycogen giving a fuller muscle belly..
Just writing the above incase you need a bit of help and not to try and tell you what to do
