Regarding your issue, that amount for so long is not good at all, you're estrogen must be as low as humanly possible. Sex drive must be non existent. I'd seriously recommend that you get bloods taken and stop all gear and ai's, things don't sound good at all, I'd be personally worried if I were in your shoe's.
Don't forget to edit, if it gets flagged it won't be able to be read and I think you need further advice on this, it's out of my realm of experience.

I used 2,5mg ED from another company and source (pharma grade) for more than 3 months, changed to cipla letro 2,5mg ed and got itching nipples, water retention. Upped to 5 mg ED for 9 days, today would be the 10th day. It is a little bit better now, but as far as I know from 5 mg Letro ED I should not be able to get a hard-on, my joints should be totally dry and maybe some other side effects like depression, headaches and so on.
