SARMS/PCT..Good or bad to INCLUDE in PCT and as a bridge?

Quick question to anyone who can help...planning for next cycle,what is the best power pct for a 16 week test E 250 (500wk) along with Deca 250 (350wk) and last 7 weeks 40mg of winny oral..deca will be stopped after wk 12, test e after week 14 and was wondering besides nolva at 40,40,20,20 clomid 100,100,50,50,,and adex .5 EOD from,end of cycle to end of PCT,if HCG is def necessary and which peptides if any would be great to incorporate into plan also used at a low dose to bridge (possibly a SARM?) to help recover faster,and help keep gains easier and keep lethargy and depression to a bare minimum...looking into,sarms just not sure thx.

I wrote this wrong.i was in fact asking if there were any for pct to consider but i forgot to mention once pct is over can you incorporate like S4 etc to bring you back quicker if still not up to par after pct
Like I said, sarms will suppress your natural T production at high enough doses. Check out the sarms group if you want some more info.
IMO If you're not fully recovered after PCT then running another PCT is your best bet.
I agree with @theimpastable.. when you're coming off a cycle your main focus should be restoring your natural test levels.. why take something that could possibly hinder this process? For PCT.. Peptides = Yes, Sarms = No.
I am new to the majority of peptides as well..do you guys have any recommendations,to help lethargy and slight depression..and quicker recovery time. ive never used HCG, either ON,at the end of a cycle before PCT, or during PCT...but prob wont need if used at enf of cyce. ive honestly only ran Clomid by itself and Nolva with it 2 times.seemed,to,work,ok. But notgood enough. LMK if you think HCG is a necessity and if using adex up to and,during PCT is a better option.. tapering with Prop the last 5 weeks and starting PCT a few days later.PLEASE list any peptides. Ive read mixed results about using it at all.thank you
Sarms can keep you shut down depending on the dosages. I'd stay away from including it in a PCT.
