I am at 206 at the moment. Cycle is planned as follows:
.Weeks 1-2:
200 mg Tren E (0.5 ml twice a week)
400 mg Test Blend (133 mg cypionate/133 mg enanthate/133 mg decanoate, 0.5 ml twice a week)
300 mg Pharm Grade Test Prop (100 mg EOD as a kickstart)
50 mg Anadrol ed (for 50 days, 25 mg on wake up early morning and 25 mg 8 hours later)

kamagra normally comes in 100mg sachet or 100mg tablet. Take 1 hour before Sex, lasts upto 4hrs thereafter, it is as good as Viagra, i have found all the Sexual health pills to be as good as each other, wether is Viagra, cialls, kamagra, etc.
You may be thinking of something else like Cialis or Viagra because you mentioned 20mg, so check the dosage on your product again.
if you do have kamagra tablets and are concerned, you can split the tablet in half, however most guys do well with a whole tablet.
Viagra = 50mg is perfect, but can be increased to 100mg.
