What's calorie intake per day ?
Yup 5450 cals a day currently. Crazy I know but I'm an extreme ectomorph naturally and think my metabolism sticks to that.
Abs are def on show, I do a journal on another forum which shows my results. C4 is on point.
I'm not as lean as I want to be but you never are bulking. Sent you an FR pal.

I must admit I haven't had that "on feeling" for a while now and with this gear it's different, I feel on top of the world the last few days
C4 really is great and deserves to be more recognised. However as long as it's always available to me I am happy with that!

It's good- obviously I can't train but my right forearm is in a cast and it's actually pumped to the point circulation isn't great... I'm going to stock up on C4 once back training. I certainly don't get cramping pumps from dbol, Anadrol etc... I know people do, I've only had it from Var that I recall.

I personally think good var is my favourite compound to run (oral wise) and I'm really excited to use it in my cut.

Looking awesome mate. Once my ruptured bicep is healed I'm going to run a similar cycle (albeit lower doses) for rehab- c4 is a great lab, just wish I'd been more careful!

C4 is as explosive as its name ha.
Just in pain really- complete distal biceps tear- can't train for far too long and while in a cast can't pick up my daughter properly, which is really annoying! Was training well at the time- the docs said steroids make tendons weaker but then advised me not to come off during the healing process (lowered dose to cruise levels but kept in the Anavar). The rehab work starts in 5 weeks or so, resistance bands at .5kg 3 sets of 20 reps to start with, main focus on form and regaining ROM. Right arm in a cast so only using left arm- got C4 Anavar and while not training at all I've got cramps in my left arm as the pumps from doing general stuff is amazing- got to keep shaking it to loosen up- had that with Anavar when I first had it years ago. Will be getting peptides in once not in complete arm cast (should be replaced on Thursday). C4 is my favourite lab now to be honest, can't wait to be back training and get some Anadrol in, especially seeing your results- that higher volume, higher rep training is alien to me but looking forward to seeing how I respond to it
