Injured now back to the gym need help
Hello anybody my name is Drew. So I suffered a couple of injuries in the past but I continue to work out,A while back I got pretty hurt and got depression and have not been to gym in about a little over a year. Due to the medication that i gained significant weight. I went to my doctor he took me off half the pills, I got a clean diet I start to run and drop a good 35 pounds. I am 37 years old 6 foot three 220 pounds at 16%- 18% body fat ideally I would like to be at 8 to 12 and 235. Before I got injured I didtwo or three cycles.so I have some gear and it's not expired and some that are expired but my gear was fire. I'm clean no drugs but I'm I am not sure what cycle to do to get the results that I want. My typical cycles were test cyp with EQ or test e and Decca with a kickstart of T-ball or T-Bol and test prop and then I would taper down. I now need some of advice because it's been a while since I've had done a cycle. I have 30mk of test E 30ml but no deca. I have test cyp and eq and two bottles of tren e with D Bol , Tbil and anavar with pct no hcg. I get a good night sleep and eat clean but my wrist still is a little bad and I'm scared to put a little too much weight on it now the reason I want to get bigger and Lean because I am getting a new job in corrections. My question is can someone tell me if I'm on the right track With the new brands that I have now cause I gave my friend (removed as requested) and it was not to good. My cyp is Pharma my pills are good quality, and (removed as requested). I feel that after my injuries I got a little bitch tits nothing crazy but I notice no one else does. My bloods a good no cholesterol I don't get angry I just want to gain as much size and strength and stay lean before I start the program and can someone advise me on what labs are good now it's been a while since I have been on but since I moved all of my old gym buddies I had either change their phones or tell me to do cycles way to advanced. My stats are 37 years of age 6 foot two 225 pounds at 16 and 17% body fat. Due to my past injuriesI my bench went down significantly my arms back and shoulders are strong. I just see a lot of bunk gear the guys I used to buy from this site are no longer on the site my cyp is for my grade so I'm OK with that I think the longest cycle of done was 14 weeks any device will help I am going to work with animals. I'm not scared of doing a longer cycle or having to stack more items but I basically just took those items I mentioned and that's it I've never done used. Please inbox me and tell me the reviews of what you have done that's currently available in maybe what I should do this is why I like this website because people help and not make fun I'm still not a small guy I'm still very strong but I will be dealing with people who work out all day long I want to hurt me PS I use the box so good with my hands thank you all

Have you considered BPC157, Thymosin Beta-4 to insure you're all healed up?

Hello, no o actually never heard of those items I will look into it, do I use them both or is it one or the other. Thanks for that I take multivitamin and other supplements and glucosamine as well as cutting out all processed foods and sugars
AnonFirst: nice to see your still pushing threw the injuries! Second: diet down and exercise naturally for now. Get a good base started again and then some. AAS is iceing to the cake not anymore or any less. Diet and exercise HAS to be on point. Thirdly: research the forums on previous cycles posted and critiqued. Post your cycle and get help. Fourthly: if your having trouble with bunk gear or "okay" product look at the reviews on sources here. You'll see really quick who to go to.
Thank you for the reply, my plan was in about 4to 8 weeks get back into the gym slowly (I'm in the gym but it's for cardio and legs and back) Start to build my base and then if I'm comfortable and feel that my wrist is ready for it to start using the gear. My diet I feel is very very clean and is on point but again my diet may be shit to somebody else. My issue is when I read reviews I see that they can six or seven different things at once some of them different companies so I'm not sure which one is actually giving them the Gaines also I'm not sure if that person is being honest or just doing it to promote their own brand or friends brand. The majority of the past was pretty good some exceptions issue is that the ones that were pretty good or better than good are longer here or just all getting really bad reviews. I I have time to research and believe me I've been doing a lot and am sure that when it's time to pull the trigger I'm confident i would have chosen the right sourc. I like to thank everybody who has replied. When I'm in the gym I focuse on one thing and that is my workout, I don't try to compete with the guy next to me I just try to do the best that I can. I will keep on viewing and keep on reading and thinks the hardest thing is to push through the pain believe me makes you want to give up
You probably don't want to hear this mate but in my honest opinion steroids are the last thing you need.
If I was you i would train and diet hard for a year and get your natural strength/size gains back SLOW AND STEADILY.
Chances are whilst on gear you will be lifting more than your body is ready to take resulting in more injury.

Well I have been doing that for about 6 months. I am not going to jump in to this. Once I am able to start to put up some weight and feel confertable in about 4 to 6 months then it happens. I've done it before I have never been out of the gym due to injuries this long. It's a long road to recovery but I try to plan ahead have things ready when I need them and take my time so I get it right. I was just asking since I have not been in for a while and things have changed what and who is recommended so I can review them. I appreciate your honesty and you are right but that was my plan. I just like to plan ahead so when it's go time I am not missing something or searching for this or that

Starting to wonder about anabolic lab after some of the shit I've seen this week... I guess like anything on the internet just use your own judgement. There have been these kind of "good guy help the community" type things before that just turned into a money making racket.
