So that's a cycle I ran before was recommended by my endocrinologist. I am not running this cycle at the moment but wanted to leave it registered here.
Ancillaries and add-ons : L-carnitine, T3, T4, vit A, B2, B6, B12, D, E, Zinc, folic acid, orlistat, Saw Palmetto, Pregnenolone, Fish oil, Dhea, Sam-E, metformine, magnesium, melatonin.
Test E at 300mg Mon and Wed
Anavar is at 20mg 8/8hs
Winny at 100mg Mon/Wed/Fri

That's a cycle I ran last year with an endocrinologist support and had fantastic results. I wanted to save the log here to do it again in the future...
t3 and t4 are not "ancillaries". besides the fact that messing with your thyroid is extremely dangerous, you can't take both, your iodine levels will plummet, t3 is about 4 times as potent. plus you don't say how you'll use it. are you taking EOD, ED, or what? Further, you have an extreme definition cycle and have no over the counter diuretic, not even dandelion root, and no CLA? Really? just gonna reach for the top shelf huh? skip the CLA and head right for the steroids.
injecting test e on monday is weds only is stupid as hell. You're going to spike your levels and feel like shit on sundays. Be an adult, go get a calendar and inject E3D.
if you want 600mg a week then that's 1800 mg in 3 weeks.
divide by 7, since in 21 days you will have injected 7 times. 1800/7= approx 257. round to 260
if you have 250 mg/ml that would be 260/250=1.04 round down to 1 ml every 3 days.
working backwards that gives 583 mg per week. so take 1 to 1.1 ml to fix it to 600.
WINSTROL
is it injected or oral? I wouldn't have 2 orals in 1 cycle especially 2, 17 alpha alkolated
injectable half life is 24 hours
oral half life is 9 hours
it needs to be pinned or ingested everyday.
idk maybe at 100 mg if you inject I think that's acceptable, not optimal but winny pip can be insane. so I understand that,
same thing about the test, pin EOD to keep levels static
300 winny a week. 600 winny in 2 weeks, 7 pins in 2 weeks. 600/7=85.7
if winny is 100 mg per ml then .85 ML EOD
Adex has a half life of 48 hours and needs a spike
better to use .5 mg EOD than .25 mg ED
exemestane is used ED because it is a suicidal AI. Adex is competitive and it needs to flood your blood stream all at once. (can I please get another member to confirm this?)
Many others will disagree with me on this, but I believe HCG has no place in a cycle. HCG works as super LH, and if you ever want to have kids one day, you're going to be screwed. HCG is one of a doctor's last options to "rescue" your testicles
I want to know more about metformin. The dosage on everything is good.
Great info. +1 Even if it was injectable version of winny it still has the addition of a methyl group. Which would make it not wise to run in conjunction with anavar.

My apologies. I misspoke. I meant that since both the oral version and the inject version are both 17aa that it wouldn't be wise to run either while running another oral. A lot of these guys don't realize that the injectable is just as harsh as the oral, when it comes to winstrol. Sorry for the confusion.

I ran this cycle last year with an endocrinologist support, I know things looked strange but I paid expensive for the advice and had extreme results. The metformine was to be taken 5 minutes before lunch and dinner together with orlistat and acarbose, at 250 mg, orlistat 80 mg and acarbose 50mg.
I wouldn't have touched t3 or t4 without medical support and bloods. The winny was injectable, painful as hell but I survived.
