Does anybody have any experience using clen or other similar chemicals for cutting? Any input will help thanks. I'm 6'3'' around 240 lbs

Hitman187you still need to have your diet in order no matter what you take if you wanna lose fat. for one you wont lose much, if anything, if you're eating like crap, and if you do manage to lose anything you're just going to gain it all back when you come off the stuff. theres no magic pill to lose weight with while you sit on your ass and eat anything you want, gotta put the work in at the gym and kitchen.
I heard to use taurine. I noticed you reviewed several of the top sources. You went to all of these sources to shop?
If you wanna walk around and feel like your having a heart attack t3 and Clen will do it. The sides for me are horrible and diet with fasted cardio will yield same results. I got enough horomone problems I don't need any more I will suck to caffeine and cardio
This kinds confirms what I thought... it's just another drug that you don't really need to expose to your body
I like this response. I've stared at the last shreds of my gut - all my fat sits in that tire area around the stomach and virtually nowhere else! - and I know that I could lost it if I bucked up and got my diet more on point. The chocolate and ice cream and donuts all call to me and I thought "Hey, clen could let me have my cake and eat it, too" But who am I kidding? I don't compete, I don't make money off this, I should just get my diet in check if I want to see those abs!
It's def a double edge sword burns fat but makes me hungry as a goat it works I agree I'm not in it for money nor am I a professional bb so there is no reward for the risk and the sides are an absolute horror for me feel like I'm a geek geek tweak tweak

Hello, for the protection of the heart can use taurine, clenbuterol is known to deplete the reserves that serve to the heart to remain elastic, if the heart is not elastic risks of ruptures that are restored from collagen, the heart is a muscle and collagen is not as elastic ..the taurine that integrates prevents the clen the exhaust
Most guys take way more clen than necessary. Clen paird with T3 is more effective when paird together, keep in mind T3 is pretty catabolic, so I would only run on cycle.
Doses would vary on stats, but most people start with 20 to 40 mcg/day, I would start on the lower end if you've never taken it before. Also, running 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off is key to long term success with clen, even so, clen is bad for your heart, so I would use it sparingly.
When I do use it (only twice) my dose looks like this:
2 weeks - 40mcg/day
2 weeks off
2 weeks - 60 mcg/day (sometimes get a little jittery at this dose).
I know guys that take more, but if you follow the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off method, smaller dose will produce desired effect. I never do more than 6 weeks TOTAL with off time of clen, i'd prefer to keep my heart healthy.
not disagreeing 100% but here are my reasons NOT to run clen and t3 on cycle.... Your bp will already be elevated due to test and or other compounds. The clen and T3 will only stress your system out more. When people take clen and t3 and start cutting fat they tend to get lazy on the diet, you eat crap food and it stresses out your system and bp more. My advice try ephedrine and caffiene off cycle and diet hard off cycle
so not really worth it eh? I've seen people take it and it doesn't seem to do anything spectacular, lots of side effects
You're science is correct, and I agree, people use clen and get lazy, eat whatever they want thinking the clen will make up for it....doesn't work that way
And as you noticed, I don't run them together, I was just stating that they have a greater affect when combined.
