+ 7 Off Cycle self shots and IGF bloodwork
I'm definitely hairy and not near as lean as I was on cycle, but this is 4 months going on 5 being off gear. Taking some pharma growth and a test booster and having some awesome lifts. BCAA's after workouts and some pre workout before and eating 5 solid meals a day, not counting calories or anything, just eating. Here is also my bloodwork on 4iu of growth... more info below.
Also will put in that I want to do some serious changing in my waist.. i feel like i have a giant waist line, my buddy wears a belt for every lift and says its "training" his waist like a chick corset thing. I don't like the idea of wearing a belt for every lift just for the single fact that it would get in my way. Any help fellas?

Get to the point with the growth, been taking 4iu a day Mon-Fri for the last two months. I had bloods drawn on Tuesday 2:30pm after taking no hgh all weekend. I am very happy with these numbers and would love to have seen them if I would have waited till Friday to take them.
Well guys been 4 months on the 5th month with no gear. Was on a 14 week EQ cycle last fall and came off towards the end of November. Did a nice pct after the cycle, tormfiene and hmg... Then added a test booster from amazon and I felt really great ironically. I've been off of gear since, trying to get some natural drive and recovery back, too young to be always depending on gear. So it's been a challenge no doubt. I have pics I'll post ( I didn't think I should post them in the lab section with my labwork, so I'll post in picture section soon), hairy as hell but I have to say I'm keeping some good size. My muscles feel like they are really maturing from all of this and my workouts are just as intense... But nothing compares to being on. I'm definitely put on some body fat around my mid section and chest, which is probably because I eat whatever I want, no strict eating clean diet. I had pizza 10 days in a row last month... not proud of it but damn it was great. Anyways, same weight as I was on cycle, just not near as lean. Thanks eroids for being here for me, always a blessing to be able to come to brothers when in need of advice and help.

RustyhookerDont wear that belt. All the stabilizer muscles will be weakened.
Get them lats turned into batwings. Thats where the V taper comes in.
Solid base....hit a simple test deca bulker and pop out the lats and delts. Focus on width because its all illusion anyways.

My rule is under 315 no belt, over thatI will put it in for deads.
OursIsTheFuryI use a belt on squats and deads with this same rule... but like Rusty said I see guys wearing them for bicep curls and leg extensions
RustyhookerThat makes perfect sense. The new school kids are wearing belts nonstop. Dude was swinging 30 for db curls grunting the other day, got me laughing.
