Well Moms got back on her feet and has since found a new place of her own so what better way to fill an extra room than with more lifting shit! The Mrs. has shown interest in lifting as of late too so the decision was easy. In the garage I crank aggressive music which she can't handle so this is more cushy for her....and my ass hahaha. During those late night foragings I'll make a pit stop here no doubt! Love ya Mom!

You've spent a long time going the other direction bro. You know nothing happens overnight, but, the results that you've gotten in 3 months have been pretty spectacular, especially considering it's your first attempt at a cut. Just gotta have faith and keep pushing fwd. Easier said then done I know, but you're doing this. I love to see people succeed, especially when it doesn't come easy. Adversity forges character and shows one's true grit. Makes the prize that much sweeter.
While watching the Mrs. I definitely wanted to take over the situation and "hog" the machine so I get where you are coming from. Plus the fact she repeatedly said she doesn't want me to watch. But hell no...I enjoy her pain far too much hahaha!
It's been over a decade of me eating all and lifting all! The change is the exact opposite of my trained mentality! You can't teach an old dog new tricks is so true...but you can compromise...and I think that is what I have been doing! Ya know what...I will succeed along with you and everyone else here that has the drive and respect of one another...which absolutely does play a huge roll in our lives! This place with friends like you is absolutely the best addition to my training I could have ever asked for!

The convenience of being able to lift right now!...is definitely a luxury! The Mrs. and I are thick as thieves lol and this will be another "adventure" we share together! She look so damn sexy lifting which is something I wasn't ready for either! More fuel for the relationship fire you could say haha anyhow my friend...you always put a smile on my face and I appreciate you tons brother! Yes a huge knuckles!

Exactly! So many distractions and irritants at the gym certain days! I couldn't handle it...been lifting away in my garage for years...now inside too coaching the Mrs. lol
