I posted a photo. Primo is the only gear I use. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that you don't just stick a needle in your ass, sit on the couch drinking gallons of lard while watching your favorite TV show and when you get up to take a piss you'll look like Ronnie Coleman.

I was wondering if the picture you posted has had the some tweaking g with more saturation and more contrast to give the picture a little more personality. I'm not trying to start a fight or take anything away I was just wondering. Your size will still be your size and your definition is not up for debate but lighting is everything when it comes to really setting of one's definition. I'm sure everyone would agree that when some is all bronzed up on stage it helps cast the shadows that help give the muscle a illusion of of depth. Hope your not affected and if I'm wrong than I'm sorry abut if I'm right can I send you a couple pics of myself I'm in a desperate need of a tan.

Yes, an insane level of dedication and hard work but the results are what they are and they're largely due to Primo's super high quality gear. Can't look like this on low quality gear and hard training alone.
