First arm shot. One of my weakest parts are my biceps. I hit them 3x a week. Not sure if I'm doing more harm than good. What you boys think about this???

Thanks brother , did u ever get that GU order??
I did, needed it asap. I will check out the cycle you mentioned for my next order ;)
Shit bro, lookin thick. Keep it up +1
Looking good.
Everybody's body needs what it needs. But I find growth by making sure I'm doing some strength work. That way, I can do those bodybuilding pump-sets with more weight, more reps, more sets, etc. when I care about getting bigger muscles, that's the trick for me. That's progressive resistance, hybrid style
muscles are built at home resting ... you could probably blow them up if you let them repair and recover...
Hmmmm such a simplistic concept yet so hard to apply. As of last week I'm down 4 days a wk gym time at most 1.15 mins. So I will definatly take head to this. Thanks Grrl
it becomes almost an art form ;-)
Good work brother +1
Drop sets homie. Every exercise for bis and Tris. Literally pump them so hard u can barely drive home! Will have those arms blowing up!! Keep up the good work big C!
Arms look great Cat keep doing your thing.
Love the new avatar man. Plus uno
Wow bro now that's a great new avi also!!+5
Thanks papo!!
Don't be so hard on yourself, it's not like you have bad arms. But tbh i think 3x a week is to much. Every 4th day would give you plenty of time to heal before blasting them again. And bare in mind they get a good seeing too when you do back exercises.
My advice, go heavy and keep it strick. +1
Ok ok..I go strictly for the pump each time forcing them to learn to grow. But I willing to try anything. E4d you say and heavy?? Ok but what is strick?
Shit my bad spelling lol.meant to read as strict. Not that I'm suggesting that you don't already ;)
E4D is enough to recover to go again. And try heavy to, start off with a few light sets then look for 6-8 rep's per set. Look for the pump at the end, cables curls, 4 sets of 20 should truly fry em after 12-15 sets of heavy. Rest a little longer between sets if you try the heavy option.
Good luck mate, get your guns blasting!!
Thanks my ninja
Just a friendly reminder, you have been posting up a lot of pics in the last week.
Yes sir I understand...posted one five days ago and now this one. Previous one was months ago. I will chill back. Thanks brother
bigmurphKeep hitting them just make sure that you give them time to heal and they will grow but your arms aren't bad I think you're just being hard on yourself. Its a working progress keep killing it in the gym.
+1
Your arms look better than my pipe-cleaners....I can't call my arms pipes yet. Keep up the work bro...1 thumbs up.
shiningstarlooking good bro!!
Thanks Brody. I'm really having to push thru this.
Looking good my brotha!Keep up the good work you got this!+1
Nice!! ++
musseldawg69Looking good bro I like the way your forearm pops im a catch up with u here soon haha +
Reverse grip curls and the dam ones u come up isolated regular and then spin them reverse .. It doesn't take much weight and careful on the elbows cause these can make the tendonitis flare up. These will blow up the forearms.
musseldawg69Yeah they are great my gramps used to compete showed em to me its startin to work to, reverse, hammer, alternating standing and alternating on the incline and then some dumbell preachers is my routine .. but them reverses really burn good stuff
You ever run adrol kick-start with a mast cycle- only thing that makes my arms grow with intense workout and heavy carbs and protein of course
Adrol and just mast?? Test too rite?? But no I haven't brother...test,mast,and drol.
Yeah of course test too that's a given to any cycle but yeah try it out it may be the ticket
What's your arm routine looking like? I find that doing max rep hammers with a light dumbbell like 25lbs and switching arms when dead back and forth until I'm only getting a few reps makes my bis blow up if I do them extra a few days a week at night. I usually only hit them with 1 exercise after my bench days which usually look like: a few bench type exercises usually one with chains, bands, boards or a catapult, then blasting my triceps as hard and as heavy as I can with some close grip, jm presses, or skull crushers then banging them to failure with some form of high rep triceps extensions followed by an exercise or two for lats and some high rep shoulder raises of some kind then the one exercise for biceps and some core work. I train for powerlifting and kind of use a combo of dc training split and Westside barbell theory though but I think biceps high rep to failure and triceps low rep heavy weight followed by some type of cable or band extensions to hit the areas of triceps you miss will add a boat load of mass for you bro.
For me biceps usually include isolated cable curls for warm-up. Then traditional isolated dumbell curls focusing on tut. Then maybe cross the body hammers curls superseted with hammer curls also using time under tension. Next could be standing wide grip cable curl with the ez bar and also standing far back creating a super stretch. Then some standing isolated curls and reverse grip coming down( can't remember the name of em)
