I have had Gyno since puberty and finally got it removed. Just about 100g of tissue, with no lipo required. I had to edit the pics heavily to hide some tats. I have ran numerous cycles and never had an estro issue and never had any added gyno. I am thrilled with the outcome of surgery. I have been self conscious about my chest since childhood and would never even take my shirt off. If any of you have questions about the surgery let me know.

Looks good! Im trying to get it done as well but its to costly at the moment. If anyone can recomend a place to check out for this in the big apple or garden state area please let me know. Got 2 quotes for $5200 and 4k. Trying to see if i can get any better with some good docs.
Are you using anything for recovery? TB-500, BPC-157 or hgh? How long is total recovery time & did the sergeon specify weather gyno could return of estrogen levels & BF got out of control? Plus two
Nothing for recovery. Wish I could run hgh but can't afford it right now. Recovery varies but I should be able to lift chest a month after surgery and can take up to 6 months for final chest contour and swelling to be final. If glands are fully removed it can't return. In my situation if the doc removed everything the lower shelf of my chest would concave. Luckily if it returns I can get it removed again covered by insurance. In going to ru my AI as usual and see how it feels on cycle. I've never had tingly nips but I honestly can't remember how it felt when I got Gyno as a kid. So I'm going to pay extra attention to my chest this upcoming cycle to see if estro side arise. My next cycle will be test p / npp with an adrol kicker for a lean bulk. Then I may swap the npp for tren and do a comp cut. I want to see what my chest will look like really lean like I was before my last show. And thanks for the +

Prob a dumb question but were you awake or knocked out when they cut you open?
So if not cosmetic, and "painful" insurance should cover it provided the plan covers it?
Did your doc remove the glands in addition to the tissue they removed?
I was knocked out, but there are docs who perform the surgery with only local anesthesia.
Coverage depends on your insurance carrier. I have Tricare and they cover it if there is pain.
I need to get more clarification from my surgeon at next follow up about the glands. I'm not sure how I would know if they were removed. I know they have to leave some tissue on the back side of the areola or your nipple will cave inward creating a crater deformity. Especially with fuller chested men such as myself. Now, if the surgery is being performed on someone who is really flat chested then all of it can be removed. You can see some pics on google of crater deformity

Thank you! And absolutely! I actually competed in one show for fun and placed pretty well back in 2014. I am excited to see what my chest will look like super cut up again. My go to pose was always abdominal a because my arms were up which hid the Gyno.

I am curious how much it set you back bro?
I researched for a long time and found the cost to be between 4-7K depending on location. Mine was right about 5k with everything. And fortunately my insurance paid for it all due to me saying it was painful. They won't cover it for strictly cosmetic reasons. Same doc that did my lady's breast augmentation did this for me.

Surgery looks great! I've seen some where you can't even tell a difference but looks like they removed a lot of tissue and sewed you back up well, very natural looking.

Surgery was a breeze. Pain is worse if they do lipo with it. Still it does hurt the first week and I had drains on both side to get rid of fluid build up. But that's only because I had so much breast tissue. I'm about 2 weeks post op right now and still in slight pain. Have to wear a compression vest for 6 weeks and just got back in the gym doing cardio today. Can't work chest for at least a month out of surgery. Gonna start light lifting next week on other muscle groups and see how stretching the chest feels. I can work legs all day though lol.
