+ 5 Diet is the key Dad!
First off it has been a while since I have been on here in a contributing capacity but I just wanted to say hi to all my Eroids friends! I have been super busy with life but in a good way! Life is great these days! Anyhow, I stop on here from time to time just to browse through and see whats new. I have noticed some of my older posts have started receiving some attention and must say I have been moved by the kind comments from friends and MENTORS alike!
Whenever I learn about a new compound, diet or training regiment I always search it here on Eroids! I love this site! You will not find books or specific medical studies done with the knowledge base and experience here on Eroids.
Okay, now that that is done I just wanted to give a little personal experience in a very general way on the best drug in the world. Food! I recently went on a trip with my father and we shared a hotel room. We were going diving with a big group so everybody's was in bathing suits all the damn time. After a cigar and some top shelf scotch my father said to me, "whatever it is you are taking I want some!" I laughed because I wasn't even on a cycle! I told him he could get the six pack and everything else in his kitchen! I have rediscovered my love for food and training with new passion and eyes. Cycles have become the new lazy standard for some.
"I only lift hard when I am cycling or eat clean when I am cycling!, Unless I am on Tren, then I eat whatever I want!".
This is dangerous and a haphazard way to look at your health and future. I think it is funny that social media touts how many celebs are getting jacked by eating 6000 calories a day as if this new found diet has just been discovered! Read any bodybuilding book or talk to any guru and they will all say the same thing! Food is king!
On certain cycles I was so curios to see what impacts different foods had on my performance, energy levels and sleep. I even woke up every morning around 2 to check my glucose levels! I took my temperature and blood pressure before bed, at around 2 and when I woke up as well as before workouts. I logged it all and also used my mirror as a gauge. I was fascinated with the data and some day plan to write a post on it. I'll give you a hint for the guys that are going to ask, I noticed on nights that I had uncontrollable sweats, high temperatures and very high blood sugar I had consumed really trashy high glucose carbs just before bed. I did this by design so I could measure the affects. Now I know a majority of Eroids members know I am talking about a Tren cycle, but here is the thing, I am also talking about off cycle! I have found that the more dialed in my diet is down to my macros, protein, fat and carbs and the longer I am in this state of being, the more sensitive my body is to manipulations. Your body is a machine! If you take care of it and listen to it you may find you need less in the way of gear than you used to and can accomplish more than with a shitty cycle and diet that seems to be easy and lack discipline.
That's it for now folks!

Nicely Explained.
Hitman187diet is key. i added 4lbs to the scale in about a month just by adding more carbs and tweaking a few things. i have a notebook where i write down everything i eat daily and keep track of all my macro, its kind of choir doing this day in and day out but it def helped attribute to me adding the 4lbs.
Cry havoc, and let slip the dogs of war.
Welcome back
Thank you for the fun story, and the truth too. If even one young man (or woman) can read this and let it sink in, you have done a wonderful service to that human. Cheers!
Great to see you back bro and even I have stopped eating on the fly and count macros now. You are so right is all I can add.
Good to see you back bro....... but more importantly i am glad you are happy with your life, thats the most important thing to me.
And like tony says..... its nice to read a cool post again
I just had Taco Bell! It's just a reward though I haven't ate any junk in 6 weeks! +1 by the way!
After coming across your "maximizing cycles" post which was solid, it was apparent you were one of the members here that had gems buried in time. Along with other members saying that fact.
Thank you for a read that has the feel of the classic posts I have come across here. And this one is spot on! The young helium baloon bunch(pump up with no discipline then deflate with a high pitched squeal) are in your debt for this post... as are we all...knuckles brother
Boy did I miss posts like this. Very good CH glad to see your back. These are the posts we need to be seeing again instead of what we have seen as of late. I say alot of what you just said there daily. Many shrug it off but a handful listen and that's what keeps me saying it. Good on you bro.
Hey Tony its great to see you brother and wearing a MOD tag. Happy to see that! Keep up the good fight!
Good to see you also. Just giving back to the site that helped me, and keeping our members safe and the ship going in the right direction
as usual a great post ... good to see you around again
As always its great to see you GRRL! I believe I owe you a thing or two! I will be writing a detailed description of our encounters!!! LOL!
