+ 3 so what is the point?

ad

So I read Alot of stuff on here for information etc etc
And all I ever read or see I should say is dudes being ripped apart for using hear at a high bf%...... hmmmm mm

So all the OG's on here never thought "hey maybe this guy doesn't want to get shredded, maybe he wants to just be superhuman powerful" we look at these power lifters with 30 percent body fat benching 1100 pounds and I know no one thinks these dudes aren't using AAS.

This is sort of my situation, I don't care about astetics... if it happens cool. If not then I'm not dissapointed. Me personally I think it is unfair to bash someone about their body fat and then trying to use gear... maybe their goals are different than yours! Fuck I know guys who pin testosterone that don't even workout I know it's stupid as fuck but they do it for the energy and the sex drive.... everyone has a different mind set. No two people on here are alike. I'll come out and say I think a bf percentage of 22 to 25 is acceptable if your not tryin to be a pro

Agree or disagree?

kodiakGRRL's picture

I d say 99% of the guys who get bashed are guys who want super sexy beach bodies, don't have a clue about powerlifting, strength training, or performance enhancement ... and if that is what they are trying to do then they should clearly state that fact ... same goes for the gals ... ;-)

See and this is where I'm coming from I don't want to be a "pretty boy" that's what I call them I want the raw power I want to look like a walking fucking tank!!!

I agree with you some guys are over weight because of low T and cannot afford or there insurance doesn't cover what they need it too.

Really if you're intelligent and know what you're doing I don't give a damn what you do. Everyone has a different ideal for themselves and if someone else doesn't agree with that then they have every right to showcase that on their own body. I'll help anyone get to where they want to be to the best of my ability. I consider my job to educate others about the risks and effects of these compounds and then leave them to make their own informed decision on how to best use them.

waterhead235's picture

As long as a person has fully researched whatever compound they chose to use, and fully understand all of the possible side effects, who the fuck am I to tell them why or how they can use it. Don't get this confused with the constant wave of dipshits that wanna run XYZ and don't have a clue what it's gonna do to them.

robxl12321's picture

See now that's a different story I did that with anadrol 5 years ago I took that shit at 150 mg a day for months with a gram of sust a week ended up jaundice and overall sick as fuck first run with aas I didn't know shit other than I was blowing the fuck up fast as fuck and didn't want to stop I was bigger then than I am now. I was admitted to the hospital with blood pressure of 200/110 heart rate resting was 135 ... it was fucking crazy.

I absolutely love the answers coming from this forum. Even tho mist of them are against my mind set and where I want to be in my journey. Eroids really is a good place for us muscle heads to get together and discuss it out. I understand the reasoning for running gear with a low bf I do. At the same time I can understand wanting to run gear with a bf like mine (which isn't to high it's low 20s maybe even 19 percent) for performance enhancement reasons only. I want to be that guy that loads carbs like a motherfucker and benches 900 pound raw and clean.... that's where I want to be

I'm all about live and let live. I do understand the standard of bf % being 20 or less for health reasons and performance reasons. Especially when someone has the chance of experiencing negative side effects that can put them in the hospital and cause serious damage. This is why I don't give cycle advice, I would hate to be the one responsible for telling someone who isn't ready to go ahead with a cycle and they hurt themselves. It's a very slippery slope.

kibby's picture

I think a lot of the time people give people a hard time when cycling with hbf because the side effects can be more savear and alot of the time guys don't want to see people make a mistake wich could cause a lot of health problems for the individual. Sometimes it's constructive criticism and sometimes it's dickheads ;)

In the long run though, its a lot more fun growing when you're lean. Actually seeing the progress. Less estro issues, lighter overall...

Precisely! X2

robxl12321's picture

I can definitely see your point.
I most definitely participate in my forums once I get the info I'm looking for I run with it. As I stated down below I'm not one of those guys who will buy test deca dbol tren and everything in between and use it all. I run test for the most part. I'll use dbol here and there when I feel like getting crazy lmao main reason for that is I don't respond well to moat things deca fucked me up bad I did everything I was supposed to do and crashed and burned before the cycle was even over I started a standard pct and was still fucked up for over 6 months not just in a physical way that wasn't the worst part. My mind was all fucked up. Dbol and test doesn't do that to me.

zeusmarada's picture

As always, GOALS are everything. People get "goal hijacked" all of the time. They want to "look good," then get talked into eating 5,000 calories a day. If your goal isn't "gain five pounds of muscle," then eating 5k calories or more everyday isn't gonna help. Wanna "look good?" Drop your body fat and get lean. Get to that goal, look great, then figure out where you wanna go from there.

I want to be 6' tall at 200 pounds or even less. I'm tired of being 230. So rather than eat like a horse to build shit tons of muscle, I'll be dieting (which sucks). Cuz that's my goal. I'm fine with my arms being 16" for the rest of my life, especially if it means I finally get down to my 34" waist. For others, that's not their goal. If I want to bench 400 pounds someday, I'll eat and lift differently. Until then, I'll be the asshole skipping lunch while others are cramming down their third protein shake, but I'll still be out lifting most of those same lads in the gym cuz part of my goal for living life on this Earth is to leave all of my mental baggae on the dumbbell rack.

Remember your goal, do what it takes to get there, and encourage others whether they have the same goal(s) or different!

Makwa's picture

Here is a pretty good reason in my eyes for running a cycle with lower body. Scientifically proven you will gain more muscle vs fat during your cycle. The health reasons are obvious also.

https://www.eroids.com/forum/general/general-talk/scientific-proof-lower...

zeusmarada's picture

If running a cycle is a part of one's goal(s), then this link you just shared is as good as it gets.

bolt781's picture

In the end I don't give damn what the next person does if it isn't effecting me or loved ones. At the same time I am always willing to help others.

Before recently I always just lifted and ate. Let my body do what it was going to do. The look was something that didn't drive me. It was solely the lifting(which most know about me by now) Now that my priorities have changed and I am moving towards the "look" I am concerned with my bf. As well as for the health reasons as I get older. I will tell you I was prescribed bp medication for years. Stopped taking it January 1st as that was the beginning of my new journey, dropping bf and eating cleaner. Went to the Dr. last week and bp is now normal. For me that is more incentive to keep on the new path chosen.

Guys here get ripped a new one only because a slap in the back of the head is more likely to relay the fact someone is fkng up, than gentle "let me take your hand" words. More times than not the person is defensive instead of receptive. When they take it for what it is, thats when the huge hearts the guys here have are shown and get to working with the person. Either way brother continue to do you while smashing the weights fkng face in! Knuckles

rolltide is correct, there are many tools in the shed that need to be utilized to get to any desired goal...ie strength, shredded etch. One tool cannot build a house

rolltide3's picture

Well steroids has its place for power lifters but the majority of people that post here and want advice running steroids aren't power lifters. It's mostly people that think using steroids is a shortcut and will take them from been 25 percent body fat to ripped and this is so false. These guys get ripped bc they have no idea how to diet or even workout proper. Your talking maybe ten percent of people that are power lifters to 90 percent of people looking for the easy way. Then u throw in greater side effects and u can see why guys rip them a new one. It's actual amazing people perception on steriods. Take them and u will go from fat to Arnold lol. There no reason to use steroids at 25 percent body fat unless your a strongman. U can get results just by changing your diet and working out. Sides u get from been overweight and using steroids far out weight the results u will achieve. If guys aren't disciplined they will lose everything anyways during pct.

I suppose its all to do with personal preference bro.... my 35 yr journey has all been about about size with aesthetics for competition purposes, that was my dream in my late teens so i engaged with pure bodybuilding and pursued my goal with a vengence, ive had a classic look, ive been down the mass monster road, its been like a building/rebuilding evolving journey for me and ive enjoyed every fkn second to be honest.

Never been into the massive bodyfat look it just dont do nothing for me, instead i prefer the hard, grainy vascular look... i must admit even when i was at my heaviest ever which was around the 270 mark i was never above 15% BF... i always like to see a lot of vein, if i cant see thick veins i get really unhappy and in tear my diet to pieces with the anger of a fkn lunatic ... thats how i am with most things in life though, if its not perfect it can go in the bin!... that goes for houses, cars, clothes etc, yes i like things perfect... my kitchen is like a operating theatre,, sterile!.. hygiene and cleanliness is paramount with all things i own or touch... OCD? maybe!... but thats how i am.

Regarding high BF.. maybe not such a problem at your age but has we get older i think it is important that it is kept under control, especially when running PEDs..... i have come up with a lot of guys who i still speak to regularly and 99% of them always say they wish they had kept more control over BF now they are my age because they look and feel like shit.

One thing i do believe is the reason why i have never suffered high/low blood pressure, edema, cholesterol issues or diabetes is because i have been a hard task master with myself to always be at an healthy bf level.

And to finalise........ the best thing ever about staying in the healthy zone is that i can comp pre in a matter of 10/12 weeks very comfortably without dropping any muscle because of the minimal weight loss i am looking for.

Thats my story....... lets hope some guys with different backgrounds and goals add to the thread Smile

Thanks for Inot bro see that it was I like to see personal preference and what people want to achieve is what is most important imo. I always get the you'll never succeed with a diet like that.... and I'm like how do you know I don't want to be a big bulky tank? Lol

Thing is... a lot of people on here like to spit advice out but they dont follow what they are saying lol..... you know what i mean bro, thats another one of the reasons why i scream for proper stats and pics .. so that a guy taking advice or insult from anyone on here can go have a look in the profile and think to himself "well ok yeah this guy looks like he takes his own medicine" and can either take the advice or move on to somebody else who may have a physique he is actually aspiring too.... makes sense to me bro.

Most advice given on here regarding high bf is aimed mostly towards the health/safety aspect, and theres nothing wrong with that to be honest.

My advice to anyone would be to read, absorb the input and finally make up your own mind... all info is to be taken with a pinch of salt......... at the end of the day we are all the Masters of our own Destiny.

Good luck.. and enjoy any journey you take down this body morphing road we walk Smile

Sometimes it really is that simple

It's not even like I'm using anything crazy I'll use test prop for 8 weeks X2 a year at like 500 mg a week and I'll sometimes run dbol at 30 mg a day for the first 4 weeks.... I don't cycle hard I use it for very small believable cosmetic purposes

robxl12321's picture

I like that! But my question is why people will say with a bf percentage like that you shouldn't run testosterone..... like I don't get it. I know high bf can lead to blood pressure problems which o have had but have a firm grasp on and keep it under control and I have no major health issues what's the problem? I don't want to say I'm a noob cause I've ran Alot of shit for over 5 years now but I guess there's a lot of aspects to it I don't understand

Another high priority reason is you will face side effects at lower dosages when you have higher BF. Not just high blood pressure either, although that is probably the most serious. Gyno is no fun and is an expensive fix if things get out of control.
