Update: 2nd pic 4/10/16 weight is 278. Doesn't seem like much of a change visually but waist is down 4"...mid section not so thick and family and friends seem to think there is a big difference. A super slow process this is. Added some mast @150mg a week around 3 weeks ago. I'll keep lifting like a crazy fk and eating healthy...no rush! Knuckles my friends

4" down in waist is huge. Just makes your back and shoulders look that much bigger. Your going to need a new wardrobe or some suspenders pretty soon.
It feels kinda cool having my shirts fit snug up top and have looseness in the gut area. Before they fit like skin all over...didn't realize how uncomfortable that was lol The Mrs. said the same thing, that my back looks much bigger. So thats very cool! Do you know just how bad a Cr 250 is.... Will fuckin shoot right out from under you.... So then I traded it for Cr 500 and that was my last bike..... Hit a table top too hard and I landed wrong on the next jump..... Never forget that

Haha I attempted to ride a buddies kx450 a while back. It was rediculous. I imagine I looked about as goofy as a circus bear on a motorcycle. And you got 18-25 yr old pros who are 5 foot nothing and weigh 150 lbs soaking wet, absolutely flying on them. I love supercross and motocross.
You're in good company brother it will always be my absolute passion! The way they can throw them 450s around, scrubbin jumps is insane! And the sheer speed they race at now is mind blowing! Ill watch old school 2stroke videos from my era and it looks pathetically slow. If you haven't already...check out red bull straight rhythm...pretty damn cool...its no outdoors but still an awesome set up.

It's been ages since the gut was on the flatter side moreso than the fatter side. Granted I never put forth the effort towards the look, always the strength! As you said brother. The first step the water fell off. Now instead of seeing the weightloss but with the same look...the physical appearance is changing steadily with a slow drop in bf.
