ANYONE THAT CAN ANSWER THIS?

I've been reading tons on here for weeks. I've been trying to find the answers to my questions myself (and not waste anyone's time but still have a few I can't seem to work out. I've gathered that I need to post my info to get advice.
I'm 33 years old 175 cm (5'9") 91Kg (200Lb) 18% BF via calipers yesterday. Been training since I was 16 but haven't done sports in the last five years due to an injury. Have stayed in shape but only hit it very hard for about the last four or five months. I've gone up and down weight classes many times in MMA and boxing and am a healthcare professional so am very confident with my diet and training methods.
The plan is to get to 10% (before I start) and doing a dexa scan and baseline bloods before and after my first cycle. Will take me about another couple months.
So questions if you don't mind me asking. Would you recommend against front loading on your first cycle? Ie, week 1 first dose test e 750 mg
week 1 second dose test e 25 mg
week 2-12 500mg per week
If no, why not? If not front loading the test would you recommend Dbol for weeks 1-4? If not I'm assuming that Test 500mg only weeks 1-12 is the only way to run a first cycle. just want to know what is recommended and why.

Hey guys, thanks heaps for all of the responses and impute. Apologies, my post wasn't as clear as it should have been. I am currently cutting body fat to get to 10% before I start my cycle (as is recommended in the forums I've read). I am intending to then use the Test E to pack on more muscle. I will be following everyone's advice and only be running Test e with no back loading for my first cycle. If all goes smooth I'll be having cycle + PCT time off before moving on to another cycle, So would everyone agree on the 500 Mg pw dose then?

Glad you're here to learn (like the rest of us). A 500 mg a week (250 twice a week) is a solid first cycle. Be sure to have an AI as well. +2

Def thanks man. I started four months ago at 87 kg (25% BF) and got to 91kg 20% with this

Total P-360 C-154 F-134 (3,267 Cal) Eating every three hours.

Meal one P-56 C-0 F-48 (within 30 min of waking up) example- coconut oil in black coffee steak cooked in grass fed butter.
Pre workout P-50 C-0-F-25 Example - Chicken cooked in Coconut oil and some Avocado
Anytime meal P-45 C-25 F 23 Kangaroo mince, a good oil, sweet potato and fish oil caps
Post wo shake P-86 C-86 F-0 ON whey and dextrose and vital green
Post wo meal P-74 C-44 F-13 (one hour after training (25% of protein from whey
Last meal P50 C-0 F- 25 (chicken, turkey breast mince and avocado fish oil caps

For my cut, I have been doing the same except I cut out meal one nect I'll add 20 min High intensity interval cardio to my W.O. regime 3 times a week If I stall I may gut another 200 cal out and add two more HITT sessions (shouldn't be a problem my body responds well to cutting and bulking. Any advice is definitely welcome.

I've been wondering about the different opinions on cheating. I don't really crave bad foods for the most part. I'll usually treat myself to some crab legs, prawns or wild caught salmon (use the bagged stuff most of the time) once a week to keep it interesting. I have kind of just been having a cheat meal when I'm really in the mood for a pizza, usually once a fortnight. Do you reckon having a full cheat day once every ten days helps you?

Yes, i do believe it helps make a difference. And, it is usually pizza with additional water over my normal intake...

I'm a big fan of front loading, but not for the first cycle. That gradual increase in test the first few weeks lets you slowly acclimate to the hormone and figure out what sides you're prone to. Once you know how your body works and have some androgen receptor up regulation then you can get fancier with the cycles.

I agree with everybody else. Don't front load it. Check how your body reacts to test in first place. It might also be a little more dificult to control estro with front load. As far as dbol, I wouldn't recommend simply bc your trying to cut down on bf. Dbol will blow you up with water and weight. It will be more dificult to see bf melting. Stick to standard test cycle. Make sure you have all ancillaries in case gyno knocks on the door and pct as well, before you start your cycle. Remember that food is one of the most important aspects of any cycle

I sure wouldn't front load it. Are you prone to test flu....sure would suck to find that out after injecting yourself with a double dose of test. How about pip.....don't come back crying because you cant walk or sit down for week or more....sure would suck again to have a double dose to make the pip even worse and prolong it.

Ya I have no intention of asking your advice and then doing the opposite. If you lads say don't back load my first cycle, I wont be back loading my first cycle. Thank you for the response.

Ya I've seen some of the posts on here and some of the youtube videos like Boston Loyde. UNREAL! Out of all of your systems to screw with! Your Endocrine system is by far the most complicated. I've got no intention of screwing it up. I've been curious about anabolics since I was eighteen. I had messed around with some over the counter stuff back then called Androstenedione. Was young and dumb, didn't research and figured since it was over the counter (was in the U.S.) it was safe. More is obviously better lol so I started taking like ten times the dose. One day the Disney cartoon Pocahontas came on and I started crying like a little girl. Wasn't even a sad part! Freaked me out and I cut it away, decided to wait a while. So this is a long time coming. I'm pretty stoked really.

The common approach is that we add one compound for each cycle we do, so that we can see how our bodies react to different compounds. When you're going to use a new compound, always be on the safe side and start low.
This leads me to my next point, don't increase the test for the first week. 500mg for the first cycle is a common approach but that doesn't mean it's a low dosage or similar. Especially for a first cycle, do everything as safely as possible.
Further I'd suggest rethinking using the test for cutting. You're not going into BF% ranges, where you really need the test to preserve muscle mass.
If it's like you're claiming and you know about proper dieting and training, get down to your desired BF without gear and use safe the Test for another time.

Thanks mate. Sorry for the confusion. I should have written that better. I am cutting now. Have gone from 20% to 18% and am working down to 10% before I start my first cycle. Going to take a Dexa scan to make sure I'm properly at 10% before I start and to measure my lean muscle mass.
