These are my results after 3 pins of 250mg Test E.

I'm going to stop this gear but before I try again I want to recover from this. Do I follow normal 1 month pct since I'm shut down ? less?
I feel like body began rebalancing itself energy better , erections occur daily , etc...
Your LH/FSH levels are going to be low when using exogenous testosterone. They'll bounce back after you stop. As far as estrogen, it's a tad high. Just start using an anti estrogen on shot days. For example, 12.5mg aromasin on shot days but you will have to adjust dosages yourself. As far as the gear goes, i would ditch that shit because its not suppose to hurt that bad and your WBC is high indicating your fighting an infection. The gear is dosed right but wasn't made right.

X2..i have had pharma grade test raise my WBCs and affect the bands on the differential...and ugl test not raise WBC or diff at all...

After further referencing your BW, you better be glad you got the BW when you did, and that you stopped the injections. Your bloodwork reveals low RBC, HGB and HCT and elevated PLT. Creatinine is climbing and soon BUN goes up higher causing vascular dehydration. You are still WNL on Serum Osmolarity, but your hematocrit should be 45, or a little higher as well as HGB. I have seen setpic shock present with BW like this...you stopped the etiology of problem...

What drug do you have for your AI? I have seen bloodwork on here that someone posted a couple years ago after a week on test e 500mg/week injections, and it revealed test level greater than 1500. I believe there may be a propionate ester in your vial, and/or the compound could be double dosed sustanon...
1) Stop injections (good if you did)
2) Begin AI, today. If Exemestane, dose and frequency can be 6.25 mg ed for 6 days and stop. If Arimidex, dose and frequency can be 0.25 mg e3d for two weeks.
3) I would get labs again a week after the last AI dose.
4) If your temp spiked and you have pip, and your CBC differential looks like that, there is something thats wrong...either your injection technique is septic, or the vial contents are contaminated.
I stopped injections. it's been 9 days since last injection.
I have Aromasin on hand. I took 6.25mg everyday this week starting on Tuesday.
Temperature is normal / energy / dick getting back to normal levels .
PIP was bad, area would swell up , turn red, and be hot to touch. I PINNed both glutes and right quad.
I was also getting night sweats - waking up to a damp shirt....
Vial is labeled as test E 300, clear with a very light shade of yellow. it came from a top source 2 years ago, could it be the gear expired or the BA Rose because I had it in my shelf for 2 years ? box says it will expire this August.
How did you store it? Get a magnifying glass and look for a suspended haze at the bottom of the vial. Could be shelf life, along with improper storage and/or contamination...it sounds like high-dosed and contaminated secondary to what your BW reveals and the elevated monocytes...
Was stored in a carton box in a dark place In my dresser drawer. The gear was bought January 2014, label said expires August 2016. no leaks , breakage nothing.

Monitor the injection spots for the next month....dont mess with them at all...just regular.bathing and warm water...dont rub or massage...

I applied warm compressed , took amoxicillin and ibuprofen, tons of vitamins C - everything subsided

rocketballzThis is very odd. A guy posted some bloods that showed he wasn't shut down after 5 weeks of enth with a prop kicker. You're fully shut down after 3 pins. Not anywhere near where enth should be really kicking in. That's weeks 7-9. Total test isn't bad tho. Maybe you got prop instead? Prop hurts like a mofo for me. Enth should be fairly smooth at 250 mg so you may want to contact source.
Normal prop is 100 mg/ml. He pinned .8 ml three times. Highly unlikely to get test that high after three pins of prop. Especially pinning that far apart there is no time for the to plasma buildup. I'm guessing he converts estro easily. Maybe it is higher mg test e mislabeled. And the high wbc means possible infection maybe contaminated gear. Maybe a certain green guy
rocketballz2-3 day half life would get him up there but I think you are right. It's either contaminated or mislabeled. Hulk had some enth 500 I think if I remember correctly. That could do it.
so what do I do now ? I wasn't ready for this type of complication... Test E 300 is what I have maybe it's mislabeled but I won't be pinning anymore

First off I'd ditch that gear. I hope your ai and pct meds aren't the same brand from the same source. Ive learned my lesson about usong ugl pct and ai meds. Pharma only for me going forward. Not sure if you need to run a pct from that short of a run but its better to be safe than sorry. With estro at 100 and not pinning anymore test I'd probably run adex @.5 mg eod for a week or so. Start researching symptoms of high/low estro. Dry skin/ joints your taking too much ai. Water retention/ puffiness high bp your not taking enough. ( this is while on cycle). I'd also research aromasin and adex so your next cycle should you decide to try one doesn't end like this one.

Wow you really haven't done much research have you. Yes those will rebound once the exonegous test leaves your system. Normal protocol is pre mid and post cycle bloods. If you decide to run a standard pct I would retest about 6-8 weeks after pct to see that you've recovered before considering another run. And I'd spend a lot more time researching what you're doing to your body running aas. What these numbers mean. Symptoms- sides what to do when something doesn't feel right. And be careful running that much aromasin for too long while not injecting test. It is a suicide inhibitor so it kills estro. If you tank your estro it is as bad if not worse than high estro. If your balls are hanging loose and you have morning wood I'd stop there. If they start tightening up take a small dose and see how you feel in the morning ie wood
I've done a lot of research, I guess you always learn more daily. My first time running bloods, I feel safer to ask them to guess what I should be doing.
I have a full PCT - but I'm shocked I got shot down after 3 pins - I tried to find if this happened to anyone else and couldn't. My FSH is as low as someone who's in cycle for 12 weeks.
I think you got some miss labeled high mg gear. 500 mg per ml or something. So instead of pinning 240 mg a shot it was 400. Causing a spike in plasma levels and a sudden spike in estro. Test flu ect ect. Completely shutting down lh and fsh production. On a normal cycle you would see a slow increase in blood plasma levels and eventually estro.
X2...sust wouldnt have done this, right?
I was thinking maybe high mg sust might've. Whatever it is it's strong to get plasma levels over 2000 on three pins. I'm just guessing here. Your thoughts

This is a very good write up on aro vs adex. One compound may work better for you than the other.
The injections PIP is really bad, my right leg was limping for a whole week, my 2 glutes hurt so much I couldn't sleep on my back. Area was a bit swollen, red, and warm to touch. No infections.
Bottle is labeled Test Enanthate 300. I have 4 Vials.
Source got shut down over a year ago when I got the the gear...

rocketballzIt depends. If it was enth you may have a week or two before a crash. So depending on where u live order domestic from your country. PM me if u need more help. The cycle might not all be for not. Enth takes a few weeks to exit the body so ur okay for another week...assuming it was enth.

To add more color, first week I had a test Flu, 101.7 fever, couldn't really do much. I had a feeling I was being shot coz my E2 levels are so high, but I didnt run blood before, I figured ill do it 2-3 weeks in to see how effective this test is.
This is/was my first planned cycle.

I don't know what I am going to do, I skipped 4th PIN because I was shut down fully, today is PIN 5 day, I have AI on hand, didnt start it yet as I was told if I was to discontinue this cycle, I might not need it.
I was thinking of stopping because this gear is giving me really bad PIP....redness, lumps and skin gets very hot. NO infections tho. I must be allergic to the BA content or the oil...
Btw, how is this possible my FSH and LH dropped so much after 3 PINS ? Isn't that a bit abnormal ?
Before you started this when was your last injection of anything? All your bloods do not look like somebody who is only 3pins deep. How often are you pinning?
I did 3 pins total, then I stopped coz my dick wasn't getting hard and I panicked.
I took 3x. shots or .8ml Test E 300.
I pinned on January 19, 22nd and 26th. Then I got the test flu and skipped pin 4. so last shot was exactly 1 week ago.
today I was supposed to start my AI - which I think I should coz my estrogen is a bit high...
