STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
This will be my 3rd cycle, goal is to cut some body fat while maintaining as much strength and lbm as possible. 1st cycle was 13weeks test e 500mg a week. 2nd cycle was 10weeks test prop 120mg eod and proviron 50mg a day.
This cycle I'm looking to do another 12 weeks and use test e along with winstrol.
1-12 test e 500mg week
6-12 winstrol 50mg Ed
4-12 armidex 0,5 e3d
Pct will start 2weeks after last shot of test e and last 30 days
1st 15 days
Clomid 100mg Ed
Nova 40mg Ed
Last 15 days
Clomid 50mg Ed
Nova 40mg Ed
What do you guys think? I'm open to suggestions but i much prefer using test e over any other test ester, I just think I respond better to it and I prefer the less frequent pins. Thanks.

Thanks for the pic. Much easier to get an idea where you are at. Really nothing wrong with the cycle. Just wondering how much more fat you want to lose. You look fairly lean already. It is much more difficult to build muscle than lose fat so unless I am prepping for a contest I wouldn't bother running a cycle to loose a little fat. I would invest that cycle time into building muscle, which is much more difficult. But that is up to you, just make sure you use your cycle time wisely and match your diet to your goal.
Earl HickeyI'd like to get to around 8-9% body fat and maintain for the summer. Reason being my chest has always held a lot of fat, and it makes my nipples puffy. I hate it and am very self conscious of it. I've noticed the issue seems to be get a bit better with the leaner I become, so I was hoping if I can get the rest of the excess fat off it will clear up. I also like the look of having a ripped, sculpted physique.
My initial thinking for doing a cutting cycle on gear was to take advantage of aas ability to preserve lean tissue while in a calorie deficit. Like you said muscle is hard to build so I wanted to use aas so I can hold on to as much as possible. On the other hand I want to get the most out of the cycle I can, I don't want to waste money and time being shit down. Now that you know my goals/ reasoning do you think I should use the cycle to build more lbm, and cut at another time when I get off the cycle?
Your talking about running a cycle to drop maybe 3% more BF since you are already pretty lean. Need a cycle to do that, I wouldn't think so. Dropping just a few BF% and maintaining is going to based on diet and not AAS. That is the way I look at it anyhow.

Earl HickeyI'd just be guessing but I'd say it's in the 11-12% range. I have a full six pack when flexing.

Earl HickeyI just posted some pics brother, just took them now so they are recent. After looking at them I think I underestimated my body fat, now I'm thinking I'm more around 14-15%. The holidays did a number on me and I didn't even realize how bad until looking at the pics. Here's the link to my pics
