Food breakdown

A breakdown of my current eating routine.
6am- 4 egg whites
1/2. -1 cup of oatmeal w/ natural ground cinnamon and half a banana.
1 Apple (sometimes green, sometimes red)
Water
9am- Syntha-6 protein shake with low fat milk
12 noon- 2 grilled chicken breast
Cucumbers
Some other random veggie
3pm- Syntha-6 protein shake with low fat milk
7pm- Grilled chicken or beef ( chow hall environment)
Random veggies and water
I don't track micros or macros but take beef aminos with every meal
I got to bed at 9pm to wake up for cardio at 4am.

Not much of a diet then. How do you know what to adjust then?
I don't know really.
I just always look for progress.
Edit: spent a little time reading about what macros are, why they are important, and how to track them. I have to read more and move forward accordingly.
I'm a mesomorph, so I'll start from there and build on that.

How can you tell?! I don't think much about somatotypes. I could go into detail why but this has to be for another time.
Read a bit more about macros and tracking. If you've never done it, it would seem complicated at first but at some point, you'll probably first then realize how much you're really eating and what kind of foods you put into your body.
I'm using a app called myfitnesspal to track my calories and gauge my macros.
Not sure how accurate the numbers are, but it does account for everything I eat as long as I input it. And also my workout routine.
I also have the bodyspace app as well
