Hi new the forums and had some questions on cycles

Hi everyone I need some help on some stacking tips. I wanna use a test an tren stack how could I use them together an how frequent. I was leaning towards sustanon but than a friend tried to persuade me into test C. My previous cycles consisted of Test E an Deca.

Forget about AAS. Fix your diet brother!. Consume as many calories as you can. If it's hard up it progressively. start with 3 meals and keep adding a meal every week untill you reach 6-8 OR add calories every few days.
Don't you ever underestimate your potential brother!. Everyone is gifted You need to push hard, stay focused disciplined and dedicated. This is and example of what you should be stacking:

Rice with chicken
Pasta with beef
Noodles with sea food
peanut butter-eggs-smoothies for breakfast

and many more options

You are most likely ecto and a hard gainer, so eating the right quantity and type of food will be your biggest challenge. And that challenge should be your focus. Besides, 2 yrs off is a long time, and the doc would never order a stack for you, especially with tren. You havent cycled enough to grasp the concept of what a positive nitrogen balance is and/or how its utilized for growth...if u did, u wouldnt be turning to multiple compound, non-beginner cycles. So, keep in mind the length of time you have been off and refrain from complex cycles that you will either abort, or will be unsuccessful completing secondary to inexperience. Remaining simple and using one compound after being off cycle is not only smarter, but its healthier, too. Therefore, please, go ahead and take another 18 months off (it goes by quick) and start planning for successful gains, while you become more.focused and seroius about how and what you do to your body. Smile

Thank you so much Bro! I should take it easy since I've been off for awhile. So I'll hold off on tren. I'll just go with a beginner cycle an work on my eating plan. Meal preps an such with protein shakes an vitamins.

Just be smart about it...if not, you will look back and wished you had. Most people now days are in "immediate gratification mode"...you gotta break the mould if u wanna succeed though...and sometimes that has to take time as well as precedence. You are here...so make Eroids work for you!! Smile

And you have 3 cycle under your belt??? And still weigh 145 bet you lost everything after every cycle too... That's why because you never had a base to begin with.. Just my .02 bro

Honestly bro it doesn't matter what race you are... 5'9" 145lbs doesn't matter if your red, yellow or purple weight and height tell most bro... Seriously you need a solid year of dedication to diet and gym before you even think of cycling again :/

The only stacking tips you will get here with those stats is whether to stack the potatoes on top of the steak. Check out the diet and training section. AAS and stacks shouldn't be in your vocabulary.

I'm 29 at 5'9 145-150 on a good day. Biggest I've ever got on a cycle was 180 an that was off test E deca an dbol
