Anxiety, heat exhaustion, dizziness long after last pin
I have a question. Hopefully someone can answer that's shared my experience. I blasted tren E with test about a year ago and cruised for about 6 months. I've since stopped.(Haven't cycled in probably 8 months or so) My labs are all fine. But whenever I exert myself I get dizzy. With heavy weights, playing sports, high anxiety at times too. Has anybody had this? It's getting to be pretty serious. Would running a second pct be the answer? Can't find any information because it's hard to explain. It's actually starting to have a huge impact on my life now l, and I don't want to be reliant on benzos. Could it be withdrawal after 6 months of cruising and just stopping? My labs are all within normal range.I've been to the doctor multiple times

I experienced this after using the tren E. The tren E is 10 ml of anxiety for me ... I could not stand the slightest effort, it lasted a because afterwards I developed a kind of paranoia. Force yourself to do things you love ... So little question how is your estrogen right now?
Stay away from any source of stress
I had a friend who this happened to many many years ago before I even took gear myself. He shot a load of Tren (not sure if it was Ace or Enan) all within a few weeks as neither of us knew what we were doing with gear at the time Lol Once off it for roughly the next year he was often getting panic attacks, racing heartbeat and puking and I would have to take him home. Personally I think it was all caused by himself and in his head because he became paranoid whilst running it - I think then he would often think about the experience and cause this within himself and bring it all on on his own accord. Haven't spoke in years so I'm not sure what came of it all in the end.
Very interesting read, yeah I contribute most of it to Tren and mentally if you're not there it can wreak havoc on someone's body.....the anxiety is already there with this AAS, and if you're mind isn't right, your body starts to go downhill with it. Even myself had to use benzos but I knew that was a big no no.... something more is off, and it was my mental well-being being altered and it's worse if you use drugs like anxiety or antidepressants to fend off those sides with AAS, this is what I believe cause people to go suicidal with depression.
Hey Brock, curious if you ever got this sorted out. Basically the same thing happened to me while on Tren E. Mainly the dizziness when I exerted myself or took any kind of stimulant like caffeine. Actually, I have the dizziness all the time but it gets very much worse with exercise and stimulants. Also, my eyes feel fucked up, even though they’re not (had several tests and all are normal). Quit all the gear and got really bad panic attacks. I mean, so bad I thought I was going to die. Anyway, panics are pretty much gone or minimized but still have the dizziness and can’t exercise or take any stimulants. It’s bad, a warm-up set is too much for me and I have to stop. Oh, doctors also ran all my bloodwork which was all good. Checked my heart and did a brain MRI (all normal). It’s been like this for about a year now and still haven’t gotten better. Only thing I take right now is 100mg test c for my trt.
That being said, about a month and a half after this issue occurred and having been off of the gear, I decided to try a therapeutic dose (100mg) of nandrolone decanoate (mainly because I’ll never take tren again and I figured it would be the closest thing being that they are both 19 nor) to see if that would remedy my symptoms. Anyway, immediately after taking it I had a pretty decent panic attack that lasted about 20min but then I calmed down. About 1-2 hours after injection I was kinda napping on the couch when all of the sudden I felt all my dizziness /brain fog/ eye weirdness dissipate. It was as if someone poked a hole in my head and let all this bad shit out. It was one of the best feelings of my life. I hopped off the couch and started running around like normal. I didn’t not take any more nandrolone and about 2-3 weeks later it all came back and had remained ever since. It’s been almost a year now with no sign of letting up. Doctors are clueless and basically just keep telling me I’m fine ( which I’m not).
Anyway I’m curious if your issue cleared up or if you found a treatment that helped.
@BrockLanders or anyone who many stumble across this in the future. If you have had a similar issue I have a solution. After a year and a half of suffering from this, I believe this is called Chronic Silent Migraines (will confirm with my neurologist next month). It can be treated with a medicine called Topamax (topiramate). It will not make the migraine go away but you you will be able to exercise and have stimulus/caffeine without the terrible side affects from the migraine. The medicine can also be used as a preventative measure for migraines (but again, won't make them go away if it's already present). I'm taking this medicine and can confirm I can workout for the first time in more than 1.5 years! I'm so happy I almost cried!
There are some early warning signs for the onset of migraines that I missed (actually mistook it for potentially TIA). I experienced tingling/numbing sensation in my arms/legs and difficulty speaking to a coworker (albeit just briefly). I wrote it off as just exhaustion and went home and slept it off. I was fine the next day and went about my business. We week later, while at the gym, this cloudiness and dizziness sensation hit my brain which prevented me from exercising and pretty much hasn't gone away since (minus the like three week period I mention in my other post). Anyway, I also went through many tests and doctors telling me nothing was wrong. They did ask me if I had a headache to which I replied "no" because I always associated headache with pain so the whole silent aspect here throws things off.
Anyway, it's possible that there is some kind of link to Trenbolone and these silent migraines but not certain. If there is a link at all it appears to be pretty rare because I haven't seen this widely reported. Perhaps there are other factors that need to be involved. Maybe there is no link and it's just a coincidence. Either way, if it does happen to others I hope they find this information and get the help they need as I went through hell. Take care everyone and stay safe out there!
Oh, I'm also taking Lexapro for the anxiety/panic attacks though those had really calmed down on their own after being off gear for a year and a half. I was on way too high of dosages of the gear and was running my cycles too long which what I believe contributed to me having issues. Those were rookie mistakes and I knew it (but did it anyway). You live and learn.
Guys wanted to update you on my situation. Awesome to see the support and feedback I've been getting from everyonr. You all are very helpful. So I've been doing a lot more low intensity cardio and making sure I get at least 7 or 8 hours of sleep every night. I've also reduced the intensity of my training (I do somolov squats pretty much 8 months of the year) and I've been a world's better since I posted this. Crazy to say but Tren put me in the hospital twice with panic attacks when I was taking it, so I think it just put my body/mind on edge. I really think it messed me up mentally. The extra cardio has been great at night with helping me relax and wind down. Also have stopped any alcohol which has probably helped as well. I used to get slight anxiety the day after boozing it. I'm a pretty large guy too, so I've also been focusing on down sizing. I worry a lot more then I thought. I worry that my size is putting too much stress on my heart. I'm 260ish, I'm going to try and get back down to the 220 range to avoid stress and be more comfortable. I'll continue to update this thread as I progress and will post any changes for bad or good. It also helps to vent my issues on here. Thank you all again
Please tell me you don't plan on running tren again?
Also, I'm glad things are looking up for you. Getting your weight down will be a big help as well. Good luck.
Fuck no. I'd rather get branded on my ball sack
Brother, you dropped me with this one. Well done.
(And GOOD DECISION to lay of Tren. It either agrees with people or it doesn't.)
Eat less, move more, get your weight down forty or more pounds, and you will indeed see a real difference in your health.
Also, yes, PLEASE keep us updated on this thread. People are reading and rooting for you, even if they don't always comment.
Bigorexia
at 230 I feel small. But I have a little one now so my priorities are changing! Down sizing is a must! Thank you for your words!
Congrats on being a father! I've got your back on that. +1 for having good priorities!
I've read it here on eroids a few times that, "the biggest danger to putting on tons of mass is the long term work it creates for your heart. If you're six feet tall and not a true outlier (endomorph) then a normal mesomorph should be 190-210 pounds (or so). But if you put on twenty pounds (or more) of muscle (usually accompanied by plenty of fat) then year after year, your heart is pumping blood through an extra 50 pounds of tissue that it's not biologically meant to do, year after year."
That's a lot of stress on your heart that's not necessary, of course, if your goal is simply to "be strong for the ones you love in life."
Plus, if you're older (like me), then your kiddo(s) will be in their late teens/early twenties when you're knocking on the door of 60 (I'm almost forty with two kids under the age of 5).
Your instincts are dead on, brother! Get lean now, stay lean, to hell with being "the big guy," and have your heart kick ass for the next 40-50 years so you can enjoy every step of fatherhood.
Besides, it's about LOOKING GOOD, not just "being big." There's always someone bigger. However, you can be the best looking (and strongest) version of you with 30 or more pounds carved off.
And obviously, I'm just trying to be a voice of encouragement, so if you think I'm being an asshole, I sincerely apologize. Always remember your goals.
If you're pushing around defensive lineman or clearing a ruck (rugby), by all means, extra body weight helps. But if you're simply trying to be a good husband and father? Lose the belly, slow and steadily!
Numbers on a scale are simply data to help us make good decisions regarding diet and exercise. That scale data is not our identity.
Being a daddy is the best fucking drug in the world. "Remember why you lift." Be strong for those whom you love. Cheers brother!
+1 what a great reply. Very well written, true and from the heart. Awesome to see brother.
Thank you, brother! We're all here to be BETTER, not worse. We wanna be stronger, not weaker. Leaner, not fatter. Hotter, not uglier! I've learned, "remember why you lift" is a powerful mantra. I've found myself at the end of a set thinking, "fuck it, I'll skip a few reps," but then that mantra pops in my brain. I see my bride and my babies. Then I get stubborn as fuck and push through to the end of the set. It helps me. For others in that place in their own lives, I hope my voice of encouragement can help them. Cheers Dacky!
One of the most thought out, level headed responses I've read in a while. Excellent advice brother
Thank you! I mean every word.
Life is too short to live in weakness. Sure, there's shit beyond our control, but the one thing we all CAN control is what we do with our bodies and brains.
Garbage in = garbage out.
However, if one chooses to eat good foods, put the voices of great men and women into their brain, and kick ass by pushing intelligently in the gym, suddenly the years pass by and laugh lines are carving into your face. When I die, I wanna look like I laughed every waking moment. This shit is fun.
:-)
@BrockLanders, if you have real stress in your life, you're gonna have to face it.
Stressful job? Start looking for something less stressful. (I used to have a high stress job that I traded in for self employment. Granted, I still have stress, but now that I'm my own boss, I sleep much, much easier at night.)
Stressful relationship? You already know what needs to be done.
If you need to confess something to someone, get it off your chest, whether it's bad or good. Either way, time will heal. If it's bad, prepare for the ramifications, but time will heal. If it's good (like telling a woman you want to date her, etc) then again, time will heal. Not getting shit off of your chest can kill a man.
If none of this applies to you, go back to the tried and true methods of relaxing.
Take a hot bath. Drink a cup of herbal tea. Meditate (and really pay attention to your breath). Do some yoga (and take it easy if you get dizzy when you're doing weird poses). Turn off the television. Take a walk. Hang out with a dog, cuz they make life better.
I'm not trying to be a dick to you. I'm trying to help. You may read all of this and think that I'm pitching you some hippie dippie bullshit. Nope.
I assure you, it's about BEING A MAN.
You are in control of your own life. It's why you were attracted to AAS to begin with. You want control, but this situation has you feeling like you're not in control. I can relate. (Not with tren usage, but with the desperate feelings, sometimes of hopelessness).
Sincerely, listen to these lads in their comments below.
If it is indeed medical, you'll really have to dial in lifestyle changes that will have to be permanent, or you'll be screwed every time you try to do a dumbbell press. I've been there, too, dizzy as hell with weights in my hands as I push them towards the ceiling. Granted, I had an inner ear infection that lasted a damn month, but there you go, I've been there.
Lastly, stay positive. It's easy to get down on yourself. Don't fall victim to negative thinking. You're a man, and you're in the right place for help. You got this, and you're not alone.
You need to get a stress test. They will put you on an ekg after injecting you with some kind of radioactive fluid and put you on a treadmill. After that they will do i think a ct scan. You could be experiencing hypotensive episodes or it could even be something as serious as vtac which could lead to cardiac arrest. The point is you could have a serious cardiovascular issue.
First off guys, thanks for all your insight. I'm pretty confident it's an anxiety disorder judging by most of the feedback I'm getting. I was hoping some of you shared similiar experiences I've had, but none the less its assuring to me that you havent because I don't think it's anything life threatening now. I've never had anxiety before now so hopefully it's just a phase I will grow out of with time. Only time will tell I guess. I've been adding more cardio into my regimen over the past 2 weeks and I've noticed slight improvements my past 3 workouts or so. Will keep you guys posted. Anxiety is fucking weird. Heart attack like symptoms when nothing physically is wrong with you
I don't have much to add to the below other than to ask if you've checked your electrolyte levels and kidney function? In my experience and research if electolyte safe out and/or kidney function impaired this can present with some unusual symptoms. I can only assume given how much testing you've had done that this has been considered but thought I would mention it. An anxiety disorder can certainly be very distressing. A loved one of mine has this and the somatic symptoms it can cause can be very marked which only hightened the anxiety. Viscous cycle kind of thing. We had to go private to get it assessed and the person is now on medication and in therapy. All of which is being paid for privately. It's not cheap but quality of life is massively improved and at the end of the day that's everything. I wish you all the best brother. Hope you get it figured out.
@Dacky, great share. +1
Could be anything, from diet, supps, to serious medical issues. Could just be anxiety - panic attacks. Are you taking any pre wirkours? Elevated heart rate increase anxiety, hunger as well. If no med problem can be found by your physician then maybe try to see a psychiatrist.
I want to say that I just have an anxiety disorder now. No pressure workout for the past year or so. I've dabbled with seeing a psychiatrist but it isn't covered under my insurance lol
This could be causing the issues your having if there is really everything fine with you mecically. Try searching online for something affordable or speak/look around insurance providers. Hope you'll find somebody who can help you. I believe you that it can be unpleasant.
You need to keep going to medical professionals until you get this figured out. No one here will be able to solve this for you. Your benzo use is a little concerning and I don't know if you're taking anything else, but that's besides the point... Keep going until you get this figured out.
Did you take anything to combat prolactin levels ie...caber,prami have you had your prolactin levels checked?
What was your tren dosage?
FILL OUT YOUR STATS!!!
Are you eating before working out? Have you/are you dieting? Are you trying to do too much as if you were still on cycle?
If your labs are all fine no need to run a second PCT what'd be the point? (reference your post below), If your levels are "normal" it means things are working. If you think it should be "higher for you" give it some time. THIS is where a baseline blood test done before your cycle would have helped you out.
You've been to your Doc and everything is fine, RBC count, testosterone, cholesterol, BP, etc.
A total physical and no "red flags"? What does he have to say about your symptoms?
I normally eat before my workout, yes. Usually a piece of fruit and some peanut butter. I'm not currently dieting, just maintaining. As far as workout intensity goes, it's fairly moderate. I do less weight and far less strenuous activity since this whole thing started. My rbc and hematocrit were slightly elevated a few months back (gave blood and they both fell within normal on my checkup bloods a couple weeks post). I have baseline bloods. My doctor says that none of my levels are of any concern on anything. He thinks that it's more "life" related more than anything (even though he knows I've been on exogenous hormones in the past ). He said sometimes people go through phases like this. NOTHING concerns him because all my levels are fine (my free test was slightly higher than it was on my baseline ), Ive gotten heart stress tests, ekg, cardiogram, even the test where they check for blood clots. According to him I'm perfectly healthy. Though I don't believe this has anything to do with stresses in my life. I'm not stressed about anything
If your doc can't figure this out for you after all that testing, I seriously doubt any of of us "internet" docs are going to. Hopefully you do get it figured out sooner rather than later.
Maybe the benzos are the problem.
I hate being a human test dummy, and was really surprised nobody online has my issues. Considering I far from abused my dosages.
bigmurphI can't ptove anything but things like this I hear and are the reason I won't run tren
Well I ran a little prop acetate cycle for like 8 weeks a while back and had no issues at 75mg eod. This time it was like 600 MG of E a week. So idk if it's the tren. It's a complete guessing game at this point. Trying to lift when you get dizzy spells is a nightmare
How is your bloodsugar. The only time I get lightheaded/dizzy in the gym is if bloodsugar is too low from lack of carbs. Are you restricting carbs in your diet?
I eat a moderate carb diet and usually drink a small glass of juice before the gym, and have also been tested for low blood sugar and diabetes. I'm running out of options lol. I'm beginning to think this is a long term side effect of trenbolone.
Sometimes I get to the gym, do a couple sets, get extremely dizzy and leave
TronI guess the doc checked your blood pressure?
Yes my blood pressure is well within normal
I don't see the point in running another PCT if your labs are all within normal ranges (this includes test and estro I assume). What does the doc say when you tell him about your symptoms?
He usually prescribes me a short term benzo. Which helps a ton. I've been to the cardiologist as well and I have no underlying heart issues. It's so strange. I've been to multiple doctors and I've been tested for everything under the sun (even been to mayo). I've always been open and honest with them as to what I've done/taken. I was thinking PCT because what if my labs are within normal range, but they're still not "normal" for my body. I Did Cruise At 250 MG For 6 Mmonths ish. Though I didn't think that was very long
