Well I started tinkering with less carbs but decided to stay the course and fully attack the rebuild beginning the new year. There are steps in this process I am to follow, so that is what I must do! So Ive been eating like a fatman packing as much in me as I can. Even moreso than I did before. Not that I need much more bulk but it couldnt hurt...I have just under 2 weeks. Pic taken today before chest, weighing 306lbs. MERRY CHRISTMAS! knuckles!
