Was working out with a couple guys was practicing atlas stones with I slipped and the small one dropped back down on my hand getting it put in a cast now .. 4 bones in the top of my hand and all fractured .. Just my fucking luck .. Oh well shit happens

Those stones are no joke, I try to be careful around those, lucky its your hand as it could have been worse. Speedy recovery brother.

Although yeah this injury sucks and might be a setback, drop down the dose take it easy and get healthy again and pick up another hobby in the meantime. Who knows you might rediscover yourself and find something else you are passionate about that you otherwise would have never known. Have a speedy recovery!

bigmurphThat sucks bro im in the same spot literally just got home from my surgery for my ruptured bicep they told me heavy duty working out is probably always going to be a thing of the past for me the doc said only lighter weight high reps from now on im pretty pist also 6 wks recovery until I can do anything bless you bro hope you have a quick and easy recovery
