Planning 6th Cycle
Hello Fellow eroiders. A 39 yo old chap standing 5'11", 208 lbs with 11-12% body fat
Planning my next cycle: Sust/Tren Ace/Anavar/HGH
Here is a brief cycle history:
i) Test/Dbol
ii) Test/Dbol/EQ
iii) Test/Anavar/EQ/Primo
iv) Test/Deca/Anadrol
v) Test/Anavar/Mast/Winstrol/Npp
Goals: Lean gains, Strength gains
Concerns: This will be my first ever run with Tren. Have done plenty of research on tren. Skeptical about sides so decided to start with 30mg eod to find out how my body reacts. If it goes well will stick to 250mg/week plan.
Needs arimidex at test levels higher than 500mg/week but will see how it goes.
Got all the ancilliaries, meds,gear and other stuff prepared: Arimidex/Cabergoline/Blood pressure meds/Post cycle therapy
The most important part (Nutrition): 3500-4000 cal divided in 4-5 meals.

MeinuntergangThis might make me sound like an asshole but I think you should set everything aside for a while and evaluate your situation. 5 cycles and you're barely over 200 with double digit body fat? That's just not OK. You might have been the victim of bad gear, bad advice, health condition or life commitments that are blocking your way to success. Something to think about. Brush on your knowledge of the compounds, exercise methods and nutrition. Verify that your gear is actually authentic. Free up enough time for exercise and adequate sleep and take a second look at habits that might be detrimental to your progress. Good luck

RustyhookerFirst run with tren should be all short esters so you can adjust quickly. The shutdown is pretty hard as well. Might have hcg on hand and use it.
Whats your end goal? Im not really digging on the approach here.
