Anavar

ad

Female 5'6
35 yrs old; 125 lbs; Weight training off and on for15 yrs.

Running my first Anavar cycle.
Week 1 I had zero appetite - I did force myself to eat my normal meals. I noticed increased muscle hardness towards the end of the week. I did feel a little sluggish in the gym which I thought was odd. Has anyone else felt fatigue?
Week 2 I definitely felt more cut. I do not measure my body fat but I am sure that my body fat began decreasing during this week.
Week 3 Noticing increased strength, pumps etc.
My main concern is that I am feeling very depressed. I make it to the gym and work etc. Has anyone else experienced depression when running VAR? I take .25 of a 15mg tablet ED (approximately 3.75 mg ED)
I sort of question the "brand" I'm taking as well - not sure I am allowed to mention it in the forum?

You're messing with your hormones.Mood swings are expected to some extend.
The best way is to get blood work done and check the whole hormone panel.

I've seen Clomiphene citrate being sold as var in the past Smile

you are messing around with your hormones ... any type of mood issue is possible ... var unlike the person below says is NOT something that you would use to treat depressive symptoms ...

I suggest getting some labs asap checking other hormone levels as well as thryroid

I read on another thread you don't do SARMS. Why is that? I was thinking of running ostarine if the var proves to be intolerable

Don't touch ostarine. It will mess up your liver enzymes.

Thank you. I will look into getting some labs done. In the meantime I decided to stop taking it because my energy and mood was so messed up. Luckily I have kept up all the progress I was able to make during my abbreviated cycle.
Im guess I should go to a HRT lab ? I dont think my GP would approved . . .

If you are questioning the brand of your stuff, I recommend running a simple winny or var test to try and get an idea what you're working with. All of the experiences I had with anavar have led me to believe this compound could be used to treat depression. I found it gave me energy, strength, more life, increased libido. Are you taking any other medications at the moment? There may be a drug interaction occurring that is causing your side effects. Possibly low dopamine production is occurring. Also your could try taking some caffeine/hydroxycut to give yourself some extra energy. But that sounds shitty. Juice is supposed to make you feel good, not depressed. I'd say get some blood work done and find out a doctors opinion.

She would've have to be extra cautious with winny. It does lower sghb by a good factor and might cause serious androgenic sides in the long run...

What is BF%?

I haven't measured it on the cycle but prior to starting anavar it was right around 15%
